They were cordial and respectful. Their work was grade A.

The little Mexican guys they sent out were not lazy. They seemed ot be pretty good workers. It does not take rocket science to take the old stuff off and put new stuff on. They were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. The back that goes over the ramp I have in the back had to be replaced. The quality of work is there.

I would never recommend this company, because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. As a homeowner, I have to trust to some degree, what an "expert" is telling me and make my decisions based on their advice. I was misled, and was provided inaccurate information, which is what sold the job. Only to find out that it was not true. As a retired disabled veteran, I feel completely disgusted with how this company has treated me. This is not the right way to do business.

The technician Victor’s sent to do the repair work was awesome. He made me feel I chose the right company to do the work. He went above to make sure I was happy with the work. He deserves a raise.

Dakota, the liaison between the crew and myself, let me know what steps were being performed and what position they were in. He was very well mannered and knowledgeable.
