I will tell a friend that the hardware and workmanship are good but do not hesitate to bargain for a reasonable cost.

Victor’s did a great job on our house. The initial evaluation was complete and proposed project was explained. I am sure that Victor’s was not the least expensive, but the price was fair and the roof should last for the rest of my life. Our roof and gutters were expertly installed and clean up was perfect. Even gravel beds were swept. Our contact person could have kept us better informed on what to expect on work day, I had to call and leave messages for return calls, but I would recommend Victor’s.

We’ve had several neighbors ask us about our experience and they’re horrified by what we’ve gone through. So are we.

Overall the quality met/exceeded my expectations. The roof was beautiful, and the timeliness was good. My expectations as far as the property cleanliness was subpar, but that is something I hope they will address. My overall satisfaction is good, but they can button up a few things.

I know it was cold outside when they did the roof and I kind of figured it would be a hurried up job since it was so cold out but overall, I love the look of the roof.

They are really professional and they teach you a lot about what is needed for a roof. I called my insurance company and they said that everything I was told is right on the button. They finished the job and provided me with the gutters and guards. I had electrical wiring in the gutters so they could be heated during really intensive ice and snow. I talked to my electrician who I have used for 18 years and he said they were much better than what I had before. Everyone that I was involved with really liked their degree of professionalism.

I had read good reviews and Victor's BBB rating was high as well. Kory, the inspector, was very thorough and although I was not excited about spending so much money on a roof, I felt comfortable that Victor's would do a great job.

They came right on time and were respectful of me and my property. My neighbor was also impressed with them, because they asked her to move her car so debris wouldnt fall on it, and she said they were very nice.

They did the job in one day and it looks beautiful. Have had several neighbors comment on how nice it looks.

Considering the size of the job, from the initial meeting with the regional manager and the sales representative, they came to the house and spent a lot of time with me and my wife. Having done roofs before and listening to them, I knew they knew what they were doing, and I immediately built a trust with them. I am glad I chose them, and they back their work. How much more can you ask for? I highly recommend them.

What can I say? They did a beautiful job. They were excellent, their manners and everything. How they talk about what they are going to do, how they are going to do it and when they are going to do it. They did everything excellent. I can't say anything bad about it. Everything was just beautifully and professionally done.

Everyone that was out here working, they busted their butts and did a good job. They worked, they cleaned up, and everything. They were some of the nicest people that you would want to meet. They will work with you. It don't matter who you are, what you are doing or anything.

People were friendly and very kind. Kept me up to date as to what was happening.

The cost factor could be better.

Quality materials, quality workmanship, and they really want you to be happy, so they go the extra mile.

The only other problem I had was that there was no English-speaking person on site whom I could ask questions. I don't speak Spanish. That bothered me. I thought they could have had one English-speaking person.

The crew was very prepared for the project and did not waste time.

All the workers were very polite, and while they were working, I took my dog for a walk. One guy helped me navigate through all of it, and that was nice, because I am not steady on my feet and was stepping over things. It made me feel confident of their politeness.

They did their work in a timely manner and did an excellent job on the shingle replacement.

Starting with sales staff, no pressure. Answered all questions and very knowledgeable. Supervision, don and johanOn top of everything. Workers also made sure no cutting corners and respected my property

After my request to receive a free quote, both Sales manager Tommy and roof installer Chris arrived at my home to survey my roof and help locate a leak I had been unable to isolate. After their thorough inspection, I was comforted by their recommendation to address the re-roofing of only my garage as the first potential stage of repair, given the possibility this action alone might repair the identified area of probable water entry. Chris then explained Victor's entire installation process, their plan for my home's individual install and various shingle options that were available to me. Victor's Crew was out shortly thereafter and I had my beautiful new three car garage roof installed in a little over a half day. When notified the next day of a minor install issue that needed to be addressed, Victor's responded quickly to the feedback. Install Manager Dame and his team were out within days and the issue was remedied to 100% of my satisfaction. I can't say enough about the welcomed contacts and updates from Concierge team member Kristen as well as the overall professionalism and quality of workmanship provided by the entire team at Victor's Home Solutions. I will be recommending Victor's to friends and family.

I liked everything from start to finish

I told Victors' crew that I didn't want my roof worked on in the rain, but they worked on it in the rain. They didn't initially cover the open roof even though they told me that they'd stop and cover the open roof to come back later. They continued to do the work despite assuring me that they'd stop.

The company was knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient.

We are very pleased with the end result of our project. They did a phenomenal job, and I know that they did a quality job on our roof.

We had two roof fans put in, and I was skeptical, but they keep my upstairs much cooler inside my house. I was surprised.

They were very good. I was a little leery when I noticed that the majority of of the team didn’t speak much English but their work, speed, and professionalism was excellent. The project manager Jurado was fantastic,keeping us informed on the progress of the installation and clean up. Jurado spent time with us explaining what was done any problems and the solutions that were taken. He explained everything in detail that was done to our home. He also did a final walk through with me around our home checking for anything that was missed. Regarding that shingle bag, it was not visible from my yar. My neighbor found this afternoon when he was digging some brush out about 40 feet into his next to a fence and under a 6 foot bush. Jurado was very good as far as my wife and I are concerned.
