They are really professional and they teach you a lot about what is needed for a roof. I called my insurance company and they said that everything I was told is right on the button. They finished the job and provided me with the gutters and guards. I had electrical wiring in the gutters so they could be heated during really intensive ice and snow. I talked to my electrician who I have used for 18 years and he said they were much better than what I had before. Everyone that I was involved with really liked their degree of professionalism.

I had read good reviews and Victor's BBB rating was high as well. Kory, the inspector, was very thorough and although I was not excited about spending so much money on a roof, I felt comfortable that Victor's would do a great job.

They came right on time and were respectful of me and my property. My neighbor was also impressed with them, because they asked her to move her car so debris wouldnt fall on it, and she said they were very nice.

They did the job in one day and it looks beautiful. Have had several neighbors comment on how nice it looks.

What can I say? They did a beautiful job. They were excellent, their manners and everything. How they talk about what they are going to do, how they are going to do it and when they are going to do it. They did everything excellent. I can't say anything bad about it. Everything was just beautifully and professionally done.

Everyone that was out here working, they busted their butts and did a good job. They worked, they cleaned up, and everything. They were some of the nicest people that you would want to meet. They will work with you. It don't matter who you are, what you are doing or anything.

The only other problem I had was that there was no English-speaking person on site whom I could ask questions. I don't speak Spanish. That bothered me. I thought they could have had one English-speaking person.

The crew was very prepared for the project and did not waste time.

All the workers were very polite, and while they were working, I took my dog for a walk. One guy helped me navigate through all of it, and that was nice, because I am not steady on my feet and was stepping over things. It made me feel confident of their politeness.
