I’m not sure about a few things that were done, like does the polymer sand need to be completely in all the cracks? It’s not. Is the support concrete supposed to just be piled on the side? Despited my questions hard work was done, our pathway is safe, and we love the design.

Rock Electric was really straightforward, did not beat around the bush, and was very customer friendly.

My experience with building a ground-level stone patio through a partner contractor of MasterDecks - Custom Pavers & Design - was terrible and reflected poorly on the company. This is our second job with MasterDecks because we were very happy with how the first job went. If this job had been our first, we would absolutely not have chosen to be repeat customers.

We would (and are) definitely recommend Masterdecks. Their professionals and professionalism are excellent. Everyone involved was very communicative and courteous throughout the process. The workmanship was excellent -- the best I have encountered in over 20 years in the Seattle area (wish all businesses operated the way that they do). They managed the entire permitting process and worked with the City to get everything right, which was a great benefit. They were honest in the process -- identifying an area in which the statement of work came in below budget and reducing the invoice accordingly. I’ve used Rock Electric two times, and each time the electrician has arrived significantly later than the appointment time without notice. Each time I’ve placed a call to Brad Wood, who has answered right away, investigated and called back with explanation and ETA. Despite his late arrival for the job, I gave Rock and Donald a five star review, as he and his team did excellent work. For this recent job, however, in addition to being late Brock left without ensuring that all work completed was functional: one of two installed dedicated circuits did not work. Once again, Brad, while not being my first call, was the only person who answered his phone. He quickly arranged to personally resolve the situation by completing the work himself. He did so at the time he stated, and texted me when work was completed. I greatly appreciate Brad for his help when things haven’t gone to plan. While I wouldn’t hesitate to give him five stars, I would rate my overall experience with my recent use of Rock Electric as four stars. I choose to not provide a google review because I don’t want to negatively affect the company’s rating.

Rock Electric was pretty on schedule and have a pretty clear process.

We had an EcoFlow sub-panel installed by Rock Electric and PCF. They we great to work with! Brock is very knowledgable and hapy to explain weird code nuances and "why" some things have to happen. Overall, a great experience! We, and our neighbors, have several electrical projects coming up and will definately be calling "Brock from Rock"!!!

In summary – the salesman was unethical and dishonest, and if I could have cancelled the contract and gotten back the $13,500 I had paid up front, prior to the work starting, I would have. The positives: your installers Ace and Donald, and your gas line contractor Art were all fantastic to work with. Very good communicators, super professional, and they absolutely get 5 stars plus. The project did get finished (over 5 weeks after the completion date promised by your salesman), and all seems to be working fine.

I have already recommended Masterdecks to many of my neighbors. They are professional, very personable, easy to work with and commited to their work. I am very satisfied with the end result.

Aaron was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician, who had great suggestions as well as immediate answers to our electrical issues with a heated floor. Aaron and Angel also did a great job "filling out" their allotted time with us (the first time we had hired the company) to help on other electrical issues around the house and yard. It was a very good experience. I will definitely hire them again.

Kyle Bannister and his team did a fantastic job from demolition, rebuilding and waterproofing deck, rail and gutters. And Kyle's recommendations were right on: installing facial railing mounts/gutter instead of surface mounts; special flashing for transition from roof to deck; providing flexibility in allowing no cost scheduling adjustments to meet our work/family activities.

Special mention goes out to: Erick Spicer and Spencer Puckett hard work in remediating the complex wood rot areas; Cristian Rosas, mighty fine work on installing the railing with the special triangular magnetic gate for access to the adjacent roof; and we thank goodness for Jet Garcia scheduling, payments, and responding to our many questions.

I would (and have) recommend TPC based on the excellent craftsmanship, communication and professionalism. However I would include the caveat that the cost seemed to be very high.
