My experience with building a ground-level stone patio through a partner contractor of MasterDecks - Custom Pavers & Design - was terrible and reflected poorly on the company. This is our second job with MasterDecks because we were very happy with how the first job went. If this job had been our first, we would absolutely not have chosen to be repeat customers.

The workmanship was excellent -- the best I have encountered in over 20 years in the Seattle area (wish all businesses operated the way that they do). They managed the entire permitting process and worked with the City to get everything right, which was a great benefit. They were honest in the process -- identifying an area in which the statement of work came in below budget and reducing the invoice accordingly.
