Communication regarding progress was good. I feel like your appointment team does not communicate with each other. I had many calls regarding making an appointment with a sales rep. even though I already had one.

My order was delayed due to doors, my French door trim was wrong & still waiting on it to be fixed, & communication was poor. Just not a good experience at all for the cost paid. Very disappointed.

Grid pattern does not match replaced windows. We were told it would be identical. Also, another $600 was charged the day of install that I was not told about.

The initial salesperson, the installer and the order status was great. My only issue was the information supplied as to how far I had to go to ready the space for the installation. I could have saved myself a lot of work and exposure had I had a better idea of the scope of the change out process.

The representative was very knowledgeable and personalble. I didn't feel pressured.

They did a wonderful job, they were respectful, did what they said they would, and took everything away. The only thing was that they forgot to put a sign in the front yard. Someone looked at the house and asked if someone else moved in. He didn't recognize it.

The 2 workers were very good at what they do. Like a well oiled machine. I admired them for working so well in the extreme heat.

Make sure the windows are free of defects before installing them and having to make a return visit.

From start to finish they are very professional and helpful. Absolutely a good company to deal with. Very good product.

The only thing I have left to do is have the stickers taken off the windows.

I would recommend Universal Windows to anyone in need of windows or a sliding glass door because of the clear, communication and updates provided regularly, the pleasant experience with every employee, and the easy, no-pressure sales experience. And, of course, because of the beautiful, smooth-sliding, glass door we have now.

The Window Crew did an excellent job. I would not recommend the siding crew at this time.

The process was great and everything work out wonderfully. A little miscommunication on the arrival time of the install day. I did find quite a few large nails, about 10 to 15, left in my front lawn and garden bed. That could be dangerous! Otherwise it was ordered and installed within a month and a half.

Loved getting the first half of my house done so much that I decided to get the second half done and a door! Fantastic quality, fantastic install crew, overall amazing experience!!!

The customer service is top notch and the window installation team was great. They fixed an issue before installing one of the windows. They cleaned everything up great and were genuinely kind.

My second interaction was with the installation team who were professional, thorough and genuinely kind men. My last interaction was with The installation inspector Dan, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and troubleshot a huge tree limb, that could have broken through one of the brand new windows that I was unable to reach.

Top quality workmanship, the whole process from sales contract to ordering the windows and delivery with installation was done in a timely manner. The installers were very dedicated to the job at hand and even worked in the rain and short storm that came thru during the job, they finished their job at hand in a timely manner and had the whole work area and my yard all up and cleaned.
