Great experience through the entire project including sales, project management and install.

Solid work and good communication, although the immediate upsell to a premium window in my quote was a red flag at first. Initial pricing was staggering as well until I was called back later mentioning a manufacturer rebate type discount. I had already brought a coupon from the mail before the first quote however and the price difference was in the thousands. Almost scared me away honestly.

It took over 3 months to get a door that doesn’t fit. We are now going on week 3 of getting a door installed that doesn’t fit.

From start to finish everything went seamlessly! Very organized company, as we loved how well we were kept informed from when the windows were being manufactured to when they arrived at the company to when they were to be installed. The technicians who installed moved quickly and were very professional.

The whole experience was excellent. They kept us Informed, the installation was excellent, over all, we are very pleased with our window choice.

Process was smooth and the prices were fair, but I found some small things after the install that I had to fix.

Overall experience was great. Wasn't pushy during the sales meeting. Communication throughout was great. And the install team was very professional and did a wonderful job.

The thing that sold me on your windows was the warenty.

The process was too drawn out and took too long.

We recently replaced 10 of our windows using Universal Windows Direct. The process from beginning to end was wonderful. It began with the sales rep, Jamie Shay, who came to our home, explained everything we needed to know about the windows & how the process worked. He was prompt, respectful, & very knowledgeable. Once we signed a contract with them, another person called to explain the timeliness & what would happen at each step. She called several times with updates. We got notice that the windows were done being manufactured & within a week they were installing them. The men who installed them did a great job. They were respectful of our house, ensuring they cleaned up after themselves before they left. The windows look great & we have already noticed a difference. The first day it got up to 79 outside, our house only got up to 73 with all the windows closed. Before it would have been just as hot in the house as outside. We are very happy with our purchase!

My concern when I purchased window was reduced area of glass.


as the amount of light due to reduced area of glass. My sales representative told me it would be same glass area. I can see that it is smaller glass area.

The windows do not close up tight. I can’t turn the locking mechanism. A service man came slammed it up so that it would close completely and told me to wait for a couple weeks and see if that helps.

I replaced all the windows and the sliding glass door in my home and was very pleased with how the process went. A few minor issues, but all was addressed immediately by the company. Excellent customer service.

Jaime, our salesman was great. Very responsive, answered all our questions and made sure we were satisified with the entire process.

Ease of financing, measuring and install. Also, great communication. The only thing I dislike is the “sales pitch.” just come in with the price not the “let me call and use some favors.”

The windows and supervisor support were good. The not-so-good was promises that were made to use lead-safe practices (the guys who showed up to do the work were unaware that this request had been made multiple times to literally everyone I talked to at your company). Crew was late without letting us know - they said they tried to call but didn't leave a voicemail and phone didn't indicate they tried to call. When I complained about these things the supervisor was helpful, which was nice.
