Seamless process and install before expected date.

We were very pleased with the whole experience. All the customer service, timeliness, professionalism met our standards.

Worked to get us what we wanted- french doors for back patio. Installation went as promised and was well done. Quality doors if a bit pricey. They do look lovely!

They was really nice and cleaned up everything I'm going to try to buy more soon.

Quick, efficient, and relatively affordable

Beautiful windows!

Overall good service. 9 windows
installed without issues in 4.5 hours.

The Installer were on time.

If the initial estimate was more reasonable. It started out feeling like dealing with a car salesman but then got better.

Everything went smooth from the sales consultation to the installation. Very happy with our windows.2

Up until today I would have highly recommended. My windows were installed 5 days ago. Never heard from the salesman in those 5 days, and then he shows up at my home tonight. He doesn’t ring the doorbell, doesn’t call. Instead, he decides to strike up conversation with my INDEPENDENT contractors who I hired SEPARATELY to replace the rotten trim around all windows. He was accusatory saying they could have been installers for Universal Windows with a side business of trim replacement trying to then take credit for the entire work of window & trim.

When my husband checked cameras and saw your employee was outside, he went outside but by the time he got out there your employee was driving away. There was NO effort to communicate with me or my husband at all. Did not ring door bell or call. He disrespected my contractors & left. I immediately called him and asked if he was at my house, which he stated yes he was. When I asked about encounter with contractor he kept saying it was all “misunderstanding” and “confusion.”

Your team never left a sign to put in my yard. Now after this encounter I have to make sure my contractor returns to complete job after being disrespected by your team.

Will not recommend Universal Windows Direct to anyone until my job is complete

Tony explained the entire process to us from start to finish.

have

The products look good and are likely higher quality than at some competitors but the Aggressive sales experience and lack of pricing transparenvy and high cost negate the rating here.

Installation was completed in a timely manner and the installer’s were professional

They have a quality product and they were very communicative. Also, they were on time. I have no complaints of any kind.

You have the wrong person

The cost was more affordable than other competitors we got quotes from and the windows look great. The install was quick and have not had any problems with the windows.

Process was great from start to finish.

Had universal do my windows in my pre house. This house was a simple job and ordered the wrong door after already starting to tear out our old one.

No surprises. What the quote said, we got. UWD contacted us regularly with updates and to make sure we didn't have any questions.

Very nice windows.

Came on time did great job. No mess no fuss. What a huge difference. Even in brightest sunlight the windows are cool on inside.

I was informed by workers job was starting, on time specified. Good workmanship, and I would recommend this company highly. Polite, and respectful. Thank you.

Professional crew of crafts craftmen

I have only had the windows for a few days but install was efficient and they are beautiful.

Friendly and efficient. He cleaned up afterwards.

Windows arrived earlier than expected, prompt installation, no mess , kind workers

Throughout the whole process from day one when Matt came to the house, he was very thorough on all the information on windows and the door. Jessie, had put them in. Before he started he made sure to give me the rundown on his process from start to finish. I was never in the dark, never felt like I should be asking questions. In between Matt and Jessie coming out Miles kept me informed on when the windows and door would be done and when they would be out to put them in.

It looks good. I like their product.

Other than beautiful windows, you wouldn’t even know they had been here.

Friendly, quality work.

A broken window was installed to my home, then it took almost 2 months to get a non-broken one installed. The windows are brand new and already scratched. It is making me question the quality of window that was put in my home.
