Windows arrived earlier than expected, prompt installation, no mess , kind workers

Throughout the whole process from day one when Matt came to the house, he was very thorough on all the information on windows and the door. Jessie, had put them in. Before he started he made sure to give me the rundown on his process from start to finish. I was never in the dark, never felt like I should be asking questions. In between Matt and Jessie coming out Miles kept me informed on when the windows and door would be done and when they would be out to put them in.

It looks good. I like their product.

Other than beautiful windows, you wouldn’t even know they had been here.

Installation guys friendly quick clean efficient

A broken window was installed to my home, then it took almost 2 months to get a non-broken one installed. The windows are brand new and already scratched. It is making me question the quality of window that was put in my home.

Great product but communication is subpar. You are not provided a contact to reach out to with concerns or questions. Our sales person was non-responsive after the process started. Only after a couple of calls did I get to speak with Andrew in Production. He was helpful but didn't return my call the last time I left a voicemail.
