The installation went very smoothly, without issues.

no

It takes more than 30 days before the window was. Installed.

Your employee at Universal are Top Notch!!! They were all professional and polite. Excellent workmanship!!

From our initial meeting with the sales representative who was knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. we were shown the features and benefits of the window design along with available optional interior and interior color choices. Our windows and doors were delivered on the original date as promised. I
The installation was professionally performed and installed by expert craftsman. With a few hour the entire project was completed. My wife and I could couldn’t be anymore satisfied.

Professional and prompt service from start to finish. A great price always helps too.

They were really good at doing their jobs. Vasyl and his helper Sergey went above and beyond. I really appreciate their attention to detail and I was 100% satisfied.

Installation was noisy. Workers moved light furniture and blinds out of the way but refused to put them back -“It’s in the contract.”

love this door

The windows seem high quality and are easy to open and clean.

They were very all professional, Very well versed in their type of work it’s from their rep.Sein Pender, to the customer service( who always follow - up with any guest ions we had), to Pitor and the installers Dennis and Fermin, the work was absolutely with all the necessary guidelines and we loved our windows from the detailed workmanship. We will recommend it to our friends and relatives ! Thank you very much. The Odulio’s

My experience was simply the most positive it could have been. From the sales rep to the installers and everyone in between. I was well taken care off and everything was clearly communicated to me.Highly recommend Universal Windows

The installers were excellent

They make a nice window and it looks good

Great jobs from sales all the way to installation and customer service

The installer did a excellent job.

The communications and simplicity of acquisition was fantastic

I explain it all below.

I am very pleased with the Work that was performed in putting in my new windows. so far the performance of the new windowshas been excellent.

They were very good calling, messaging me to let me know about status of door. It came very quickly.

The windows themselves are great but the entire process with our sales person, measuring and communication was extremely lacking.

Sales consultant was awes9me, installers were great

The job is not complete. I’ve tried reaching out to Universal but haven’t gotten a call back. The door was installed incorrectly. Now the exit is blocked because there’s a cabinet that prevents it from opening. I was told that another door will be ordered a the incorrectly installed door will be removed and the correct one will be installed. But no one has confirmed this. It’s unsettling. Will this be rectified? Will I get a call apologizing for the inconvenience? We’ve paid a good amount of money for service but did not receive a completed service. Before at least we could open the door now we can’t at all. I’m not happy with my service. He should’ve checked this before he removed my door.

Too expensive and you raised the price on me 5k after I agreed to go with you, which blew my budget.

Customer service

Great job, lower prices than competitors, professional workers.

My windows are good I just felt that Universal Windows doesn’t communicate very much which left me confused when there was pretty signup time between appointments

My windows have cold draft every where. I had to have someone from universal window come to inspect. I had to wait 2 weeks.

work done in a short time I was so amazed with just the 2 of them

That was really expensive.

The windows are attractive and functional.

This was the best price for our window replacement

My sales rep Tyler was very professional and informed but I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase which I appreciate. The work crew that came to the house on installation day was fantastic, very professional and polite, considerate of our home and went above and beyond.

Everything worked out great

For Windows-100% great experience. For siding- installation was fabulous, customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and not hard sell.

Professional sales
Excellent installers,
Quality of door excellent
Great communication

Great service

na

Windows look great, inside and out.

Great customer service and knowledgable staff.

The sales person was great after that the customer service went downhill. The person who took window measurements did that wrong. The customer service lady on the phone Christian I think was not very nice. Returned phone calls took longer than they should have. I'm not happy overall and I don't think you all care.

Project still not done after2 visits

1. Salesperson ordered service door that opens in wrong direction (they have ordered the correct one, but we need to wait 5 weeks). 2. Grid window was supposed to be street facing but they installed in the backside of the home. They are fixing that too, but big hassle. 3. The installers forgot debris on our lower roof (insulation, nails, other discard). My son in law had to crawl up there and clean it off. 4. Stickers should peel right off. Some did and some didn’t. Spent a good 45 minutes getting the stickers off. 5. It would be good if the installers could clean the windows before they leave. There were fingerprints and general smear marks from installation. I got the inside marks off, but it’s annoying to see marks on the outside of brand new windows. 6. Installers were very friendly and nice, but didn’t speak English well, so at times we had some communication challenges.

There needs to be better communication. We were not called when the installers were late. We found out about it when WE called the office. They gave us a revised ETA and assured us that if there were any other delays that we would be called. They were later than the revised time but there was no call. Finally, they showed up to do the installation. When they were done, they had us sign the papers. We went upstairs and found that a screen was not installed right and when the installer couldn't fix it himself, had to stop one of the others from leaving to help him. When they left, nobody had shown us exactly how the windows worked. We had to figure it out for ourselves

I'm not sure.

Universal forgot to order one of my windows

This was my second time purchasing from Universal Windows.

I wanted the exact same windows that were installed two years ago.

It seems a different window was actually installed as the originals show 8401 on their stickers and the ones just installed list 7400 and have a different external appearance?

Definitely!

The expense is outrageous and I paid for a window that doesn't exactly perform as it's showcased...see item 16.
