We have dealt with Turco Persian for almost 2 years, starting with cleaning all our carpets (about 17 or so), and repairing many, when we moved. Since then we have purchased three more. Dealing mostly with Isaac, but ably supported by other staff, we have experienced exceptional service throughout. Their pick-up and delivery crew also deserve special mention.

The delivery men are the best - on time, respectful of my home, and efficient. Tge office staff who arrange pickup and delivery are always there to help or make adjustments. You deal with real people who give you their best in every aspect of their work. There is no “your call is important to us. Please leave a detailed message and we’ll get back to you when we feel like it.” Turkish-Persian gives REAL customer service and whatever you give them they return to you better than new. No other business compares in quality, service or value!
