We've engaged with True South for two projects... first for the installation of rooftop solar and second for battery backup. On both occasions our dialogue with the company was open and transparent, process tracking was good enough that we knew where things stood, the installers were prompt, polite, tidy and friendly, and their work was favorably reviewed by the county and Pacific Power inspectors for final signoff.

Our solar panels were installed in August and a Tesla back up battery system in September. The crews on both projects were fantastic. They did great work.

All the people working on the job were great at what they did, knowledgeable, friendly, on time and hard working.
