When I purchased a 4 wheeler Trident in a very short time period found a policy for me at a good price. The representative also at the same time reviewed our auto and homeowners and saved us almost 2000$. Follow-up was promised to me and was received. We recently purchased a new vehicle and making the changes were very easy and I received my new documents very promptly. My only dislike is I do not get to work with one agent or representative. It's always someone different.

When I filed a claim some years ago, your agent got in touch with me quickly, stayed in touch and was good at explaining things.

Trying to get a new quote from your agent handling landlord insurances was difficult. He was not responsive (late on his repose) and was not knowledgeable (and didn’t bother checking more than one provider). I questioned why the quote was so high, and he didn’t care to look into it or double check - instead he got defensive. Ended up going to a different agency and got better coverage for 60% of the Trident-quoted premium.

As long as I have been with Trident, I have felt that I was being treated with respect and understanding. I also felt that my information was secure. They are very professional and know how to guide you.
