Recently my daughter was in a horrific accident, thankfully she survived a tire blow out on the highway but the car flipped three times and was totaled. I filed the claim right away and heard nothing until 3 weeks later the tow company called and said I was racking up quite a bill. After emails and phone calls back to Grange I was told I waived collision on the car back in October. I had no reason to have done this, I never have in the past and have owned many cars. I took the hit but found it unacceptable that I was never told this by Grange before I started bothering you for answers.

I have had quite a few issues with HomeServices Insurance, but Denise Mattia was the only person who could solve them. She took over my account from my non-responsive rep and helped me with both my home and auto insurance. If it wasn’t for Denise, I would have found another company. I am only staying due to the service she provided.

Annual rate has increased significantly. No longer competitive. Filed a claim last summer. Neighbors had same/similar wind damage. Mine was the only one denied. Had coverage through Trident for 10+ years and first claim was denied. I can't trust them to be there when I need them.

The lady who used to help with, Tammy Spear, moved to a different section. And a Jennifer (based in MN?) took over - very unresponsive to my email inquiry.
I’ve been with Trident for years. When I needed to adjust my policy, the price was very high and with limitations. I shopped around on my own and received better coverage for significantly less. I was surprised because Trident is an agent and I thought they would also be able to shop me around for a better price, but only quoted me with Safeco, my existing insurance provider. I explained to the agent why I needed to cancel, and she simply complied, no offer to try to compete. I’m disappointed to leave Trident.
Agents were unresponsive and showed a lack of ability to provide adequate coverage and pricing.
