Initially tear down they didn’t leave any area accessible by anyone coming in or out of house and we have dogs it was a nightmare walking over debris and nails w dogs trying to avoid injury
The sales person that sold me the roof didn’t make sure what I thought I was getting got done I specifically pointed out and discussed a area Ice formed only area on my house that had any issue at all
And how I wanted that spot better with new roof and no ice problem Shane informed me they would take care of it double layer some ice protection and I wouldn’t have the issue again with my new roof. This was a complete tear off and re-roofed low and behold the roof was done, and the icicle was bigger with a new roof than it was previously and now I have ice issues on many parts of my roof never had it with the old roof?

Top tier roofing recently replaced our badly needed roof. From the moment we called to inquire, they were personable, professional and walked us through the entire process. The quality workmanship on the roof was good. There was a communication issue between the salesman and the field crew regarding the tie-in to the adjacent townhouse which was never really resolved to complete satisfaction. The site foreman left early leaving the crew foreman in charge whose native language was Hispanic causing another communication issue. The crew arrived late and stayed 'til it was nearly dark making a final inspection near impossible. Clean-up was very good and the contractor made good on reparations for a couple of minor damages caused during the project.

If you’re looking for a well rounded company to install your roof then Top Tier Roofing is who I would recommend. From the office personnel scheduling an inspection of your roof and the sales team helping show the current roof systems. By the way there was no pressure to make a spot decision. After We decided on our roof the scheduler helped us with the install date. The team for the roof install came and made it happen along with Josh the foreman.

This company was recommend from various family members who work and have worked in the roofing industry including st one point the owner. They said he’s very honest and does good work. The quality and professionalism is something that does matter when you get a roof put on. This company provided just that. Materials were not skimped or altered and workers came on time. They were all professional. We didn’t have to worry about our neighbors listening to swearing and unprofessional workers. The quote was very comparable to other companies. They left and you would have never known anyone was on the roof all day. Very clean. There are a lot of commercials out there advertising other companies, beware. Do your homework, and definitely consider Top Tier. They did great work!

Jason Mowers was personable and knowledgeable and was the only roofer who actually did a full inspection of our roof. He answered all our concerns and questions. His cost proposal was competitive with those of other contractors and ended up being the lowest. The actual roofing job was done in one day, as promised. The supervisor was very friendly and kept us informed of their progress throughout the day. Roof looks great!

It all started with Jason. He is amazing, made an immediate connection with him, stated the facts, no up-selling, very genuine and he gained my trust. The communication from that visit, to deposit, to scheduling was very informative and the timing was very accurate. The crew that came to the house was hard working on a 90 degree day, they were very organized and amazed as to the end product. The crew all walked around the house several times to clean and roll for nails on the ground. Subsequent to the roof being complete, i honestly didn't find any debris at all in the lawn.
