The was very professional

TimeProof USA did not complete the job. We recorded work that they have not completed yet. They keep telling us that they're going to do it, but they have not. They ordered work, we paid them, and they haven't been back to finish the job.

They were very responsive, professional and completed the work in the time stated.

I was very disappointed because Richard, when we talked and he measured the roof, etc., said he would be here from the beginning of that project to the end and then had a thousand excuses. Karlin came to the wrong house and showed up at 2:30. I told him to his face how disappointed I was and some of the people in the crew, who were subcontractors out of Oklahoma. There were all kinds of things they did wrong, but I told him to his face. When somebody tells me they will be there from the beginning to the end, I expect exactly that. All the problems we had that day, even at the right house that was getting roofed, they didn't lay the tarp down, and they used our tarp, they used our wheel barrell to cover the air conditioning unit, they used our brooms to sweep up and used our shovels and stuff. They first went to the wrong house and already had some of the roof stripped off of it. I got another call from a guy named Karlin, saying Richard was running behind, saying it would be 2 1/2 hours. It was 8:30, so that would put him here at 11:30. He called and said, Is anyone on your roof? They went to 2912 Belmont, which is not the house to be roofed. I take care of my mother, but 2705 Shamus is the house to be roofed. Karlin had sent them to 2912 Belmont, where the roofers were, which is not the house for the roofing. Karlin said it was all his fault, but that doesn't do any good. That is my house, but not the one to be roofed. It is not the right house. I am at 2705 Shamus, which is supposed to be the house for the roofing. Karlin sent them to the 2912 Belmont because they didn't look at it properly, and I take care of my mother.

Honestly, TimeProof USA was not my first choice because we hit a rough patch from the start. I was given conflicting information. Told by the first agent we would get the best roofing option, then a second agent arrived with a lower tiered option, but same price for higher roofing option. I felt they were trying to scam us.

When dealing with consumers the first impression is a lasting impression. It took the President of the company to right several wrongs. It’s a shame some people’s moral compass is pointed in the wrong direction especially when dealing with a potential customer.

The roof looks good

There was a lot of technical difficulty after the initial meeting. I told them I would get my own financing. It seemed as if they were upset that I decided to get my own financing. In my original meeting, we discussed putting in solar fans and readjusting my gutters. It never happened and made it in my job quote. I was a little disappointed about that.

I will tell anyone who’s asked me that Carlin, the project manager and the salesman , Shane were excellent! Without Shane, I probably wouldn’t have chosen Timeproof.
