It depends on the outcome of our current situation the shelving that I thought I purchased is not what is being installed , they now say it was an upgrade. I distinctly stated that I wanted exactly the same setup that was in the model home pantry, now I find out that that was not the way it was written up.

Tilson , employee made me feel so special . Like family, They had the up most respect for me as a person. I had the opportunity to meet some amazing beautiful spirited people. So kind and caring. I believe that they love there job because they showed what professional looks like , with empathy.

During the planning process, there were some issues as we were going through the plans for the house.

Communication - My calls & emails were ALWAYS answered promptly.

There are several areas that Tilson of Angleton can improve including not pressuring folks to sign before the land is actually prepared for the build. Clean up/housekeeping and communication needs major improvement during the build. Quality control during construction is needed as things were looked over.

Going through the process was simple and the only thing I would like to see different was the ending. It felt rushed.
