Mariah was very informative. She answered all of our questions with great expertise and if she did not know the answer, she would find it out and get back with us in a timely manner. The whole team at Waco did a good job in making our house building journey as problem free as they could.

Yall build quality homes and the experience has been great.

I especially appreciated Arden. She was not “pushy” in any way. She answered all of my questions openly and honestly.

I liked the way everything was explained. Ashley was very knowledgeable!

Communication - The staff has been great in communicating with us. Keeping us informed of the progress of our home.

They were easy to work with. They had good construction. It was a well built house. We had issues with my dad passing away in the middle of it, and they were willing to wait until we got it all figured out with the probate court. They were easy to work with and make changes.

I haven’t been happy with how slow the process has been. They have screwed up our floors and then just have stopped on the house completely.

I'd recommend them to a friend because they're a well-organized company, very interactive with their clients, and very friendly. They have customer service, as well.
