A tad expensive

The reason for my ultimate disappointment was the way the shelving was handled (or not, as the case may be) - because it was never ordered! If I had not followed up on it, I would never have received them! That was a real black mark against this company, and the explanation for the lower rating.

Everything went smoothly on time communication was good and I’m very happy with the end results.

My bathroom is not right. It’s supposed to be a gray floor. I have not had hot water in over a week. Parts are missing. It’s not all the way hooked up.
They’ve wasted my time they’ve not answered phone calls. I would love for somebody to call me and I’d love to talk to them 443-243-3715.

Installation was excellent but company communication was lacking.

They were able to quickly to address and satisfy a concern that I noticed during the installation.

They were very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly & polite. The finished product is beautiful & well done.

The shower is mostly unusable. The base does not come out as far as promised. Handicapped daughter cannot fit in it.

Great company from the consultation to the finished project. They have everything readily available for you to choose with physical samples and photos. A full bathroom remodel of your choosing done within 3 days. A Concierge Specialist to inform and reach out to you all along the way. The installation team will kinda blow you away with their skill. It was a great experience and we now have our new beautiful bathroom!

We submitted a Change order over 2 weeks ago and still have not received a response

Only took one extra long day. Installers did a wonderful job.

They were courteous and work was done when they said it would be.

The installation and professionalism of the installers, Travis and Dan, were a solid 10! The quality of the product is great but for the money, I think drywall finishing and paint should be included as well. Probably something that the initial sales pitch could have set up to make it a higher score.

The sales person and his manager was honest and kept his word. The contractor was very meticulous regarding his work.

Once we got started the process went quickly.

Project is not finished.....one day install close but not complete and have had no communication as to when it will be done...... I feel scammed

The customer service team lack communication skills. The response time to answer questions or address concerns is over 2-weeks or no response at all.TBA has caused stress and anxiety from the start of the project 7 months ago.

The materials are fairly good, but it wasn't exactly what we expected.

From the start to finish, I've been pleased with the process. Michael Griffin explained everything clearly. Danette Hinson and I have spoken numerous times, mostly initiated by me. She was very professional, and explained things in understandable detail. Ruben installed our shower and was on task from start to finish. He explained things clearly when asked questions. All in all, my wife and I are very pleased with the way our shower turned out.

Easy to work with and very responsive to questions . Arrived on time and finished the same day! Danette was extremely helpful through the entire process.

Unfortunately I selected a countertop that I was told was available and then after doing the paperwork and paying in full I was told it was not available. However, other bath places showed that had that same color but for some reason they were unavailable to get it what we wanted so we had to settle because we already paid in full.

Overall exceptional service.

Was very satisfied with the installers Sam & Alysa. Just thought the price was a little expensive.

It took an unusually long time to get the install started despite a promise of a quick install. The cost was double the price of a bathroom of it’s size, the supplies took an unusually long time, they did not install the tiles that were promised me and I had to make two changes in order to get the project started and the office was not prompt in returning calls.
