Told installer I wanted to keep showers paying head and flex hose and hot- cold facet !! He threw them away!!

Process painless

The installation was great but it is very difficult to get an appointment when there is a problem and trying to get someone to check out the problem.

I loved everything about this experience. From Sales to the finish product, every person we came into contact with or associated with from this company was top-notch. I love our new bathroom! Would highly recommend!

Overall job despite some bumps

this was the worst bait and switch ever.

install was quick and they did a beautiful job getting me access to a shower. The weather was tornado like and they were working through the rain and wind like troopers to get stuff in and get the install done quickly.

There is a hole through the wall of the show at the left end of the handicap bar installed. The glass has not been delivered and installed and I am worried water is going to come under the door after it is installed. We have issues and can't seem to make contact They took the final installment payment through Upgrade before the installation of the glass which is not now installed.

Crew seemed very experienced and professional. Took care not to cause any damage to my property. Did an awesome job, and cleaned up after themselves.

There was a leak problem after the bathroom was finished which took awhile to repair. I was very pleased with the results of the remodel though!

High quality work completed by reliable people in a timely manner.

I feel like the remodel was still significantly over priced even after a long negotiation.

Sam the installer was very good, and I would recommend him, but the service is very bad. We have been waiting for 2 months to get a sink put in, but we keep getting the runaround.

The price is high, so make sure the salesperson listens to the customer be on time, and if the person can not afford it, except that.

Took almost 4 months for shower install. We had no usable shower for 2 months. We were told by salesman it would be completed in 4-6 weeks. We were never told we would have half a shower for 2 months. After spending $ 20,000 I would never recommend your company. It was a nightmare trying to get it completed.

The work, as promised has not even started.

Where should I start? The company was a day late starting (Granted they had scheduled on January 1st, a National Holiday). And instead of taking 2 days, it took 5 days and they never completed the project.

Additionally, the new walk-in shower LEAKS under the doors. The glass doors are hanging a half inch above the tracks and water splashes under them and onto the flooring.

The installer promised to come back Thursday January 8th or Sunday January 11th to finish, but no. Never called or showed. The company promised to call us back, but its been TWO weeks and no word from them either.

After we had originally met with the salesperson, we were excited for our dream bathroom. Instead its become an overpriced nightmare. Cannot recommend.

I had a defective shower niche installed, reported it right after installation, sent pictures to their support team but never received a call back. Seems customer support Anna quality are not important.

They left a large gap at top of shower all the way around. They claimed they do not do drywall but the shower should have went all the way to the ceiling. If the measurements were not correct they should have done a better job than just leaving saying it’s not their problem pretty much their attitude

The installer, Antonio was great and he did a really good job. But now after just a few months the show door is missing a part and not closing right. We have been trying many times to call for customer service but no one returns our calls, texts. We need someone to fix this problem.

I ordered a bathtub package from the sales guy. I wanted the backslash to go up to the chair rail as I did not want a shower with high walls. Also, they said they would put grab bars at the tub so I could get out of the tub. I could not see what this would look like ahead of time because there was an old garden tub in there and it came up to the chair rail. But they promised me it would look nice and I would love it. What I got was a bath tub with bare sheet rock walls around the tub. I can not even use this tub because the sheet rock would get wet and it would destroy the walls immediately. So the bath authority has given me a bath tub I can't even use unless I start a new order and pay extra for the short backslash and grab bars around the tub which should have come with the original order. So, no I am not happy!

Very expensive. I don’t know many that would pay this much. I guess we knew we had to have this done. But most people that I have told how much we paid for this have sticker shock and maybe I should have gotten more quotes.

Worse company to deal with. Poor communication and customer service. Took 5 months for our order to come in. The majority of our order was either not ordered or ordered wrong. Installation was to be done in 6 days…took over 2 months. Will never use or recommend this company

I liked everything about my experience with this Company from start to finish.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and polite. Work crew was great! I appreciated their work and professionalism.

Did not deliver the cabnets I ordered and made no condensation.

It’s looks good except one door is cracked which they said it would be replaced ! But when we used the shower the next day after install no hot water!! I called and they are sending someone in 3 weeks !!!! Really ? Check out everything before they leave !!!

The initial install happened over 3 days, not to back on September 25-27. It is now December 2nd and the project is still not complete. There was a damaged part and a leak behind the wall and despite multiple calls to both the contracted individual who did the install and the bath Authority here in Pittsburgh, nothing has yet been resolved. I have not been able to use my shower at all.

Every aspect of the job was great

On time. Friendly, professional staff. Great work performance.

My husband needed to have the tub converted to a walk-in shower and a higher toilet put in due to his mobility problems.
Once the down payment was paid, we had a hard time getting a starting date. Once we got a date, it was changed twice. First it was moved up (which was great} but the day before it was to start they delayed it because the previous job needed more time to finish.


Several items were missing and delayed the completion of our installation :

No toilet had to stop working to get to Menard's to get one

Wrong shower head Chrome instead of oil- rubbed Bronze need to install correct showerhead

No Moen Soot Resist Magnetix Remote Dock for handshower on long wall of shower


I called the company regarding the above and I'm waiting for the correct showerhead and the remote dock for the shower head to be installed to finish the job.


The installers did a good job installing with what they had.

Sales rep was excellent. They did everything to satisfy what I was looking for. Everything done in a timely fashion as promissed and installation was excellent
