Everyone I had contact with was professional and polite. They remained pleasant regardless of how many questions asked.

This was my first experience with The Bath Authority. I was a bit apprehensive, but our salesman (Mike) was informative and no pressure. I liked the variety of selections offered and “no pressure” attitude. The concierge (Tenique) kept me informed and the installers (DJ and Jarett) were professional and engaging. I was happy with the entire process.

My 2 day shower replacement is now going on 2 weeks! The installer installed my doors wrong and flooded my bathroom causing it to leak through the floor and into my finished basement the first time I took a shower. When I called to complain, the manager said he’d have the installer out to fix it last Friday. The installer never came out, and when I texted him he said it would be another week before he could get out there. Horrible experience and service. Especially since I’ve already paid.

Told installer I wanted to keep showers paying head and flex hose and hot- cold facet !! He threw them away!!

Good value. Good people.

I would not recommend based on the salesman. I would recommend the installer.

Process painless

The installation was great but it is very difficult to get an appointment when there is a problem and trying to get someone to check out the problem.

I loved everything about this experience. From Sales to the finish product, every person we came into contact with or associated with from this company was top-notch. I love our new bathroom! Would highly recommend!

Overall job despite some bumps

this was the worst bait and switch ever.

install was quick and they did a beautiful job getting me access to a shower. The weather was tornado like and they were working through the rain and wind like troopers to get stuff in and get the install done quickly.

There is a hole through the wall of the show at the left end of the handicap bar installed. The glass has not been delivered and installed and I am worried water is going to come under the door after it is installed. We have issues and can't seem to make contact They took the final installment payment through Upgrade before the installation of the glass which is not now installed.

Crew seemed very experienced and professional. Took care not to cause any damage to my property. Did an awesome job, and cleaned up after themselves.

There was a leak problem after the bathroom was finished which took awhile to repair. I was very pleased with the results of the remodel though!
