I had a 50 amp 240 line installed in my workshop about 2 months ago. At the time, I didn’t notice it but coincident with this work, I lost one leg of a nearby circuit consisting of 110 v. Outlets. I need to have you out again to see what happened and what needs to reestablish the circuit. Also, the 50 amp breaker installed may be marginal as it flipped multiple times when the welder was energized. Please call to schedule a service call.

It was known in advance the service they were to perform. Seals for the rocket arm covers were not brought to the site, only to discover they were not ordered and in available. Gasket material was purchased at a local auto parts, where the gaskets were cut-to-fit by owner after service tech failed on first attempt. Owner requested OEM gaskets. No follow up.

Also discovered was that while Teague is listed as having the highest qualifications for Generac Service, they will not perform warranty work.

Teague's electricians are professional and courteous. In the multiple times, they have been out during our home renovation. They were always on time and respectful.

Teague has done several projects for us over the years -- new electrical panel, overhead LED lighting, remodeling kitchen, etc. In each instance, Doug Doherty has advised us of legal requirements and has quickly prepared and followed up on proposals, and those who have done the work have been very professional -- skilled, friendly and efficient.

Found problem with our generator during the annual service

First they came on time . Repaired my Kohler generator in short order. The tech was very knowledgable . He had it functioning right in no time.
I just hope we get the same tech when its time to service the unit annually.

Great attention to detail, worked thru a challenging ceiling installation. Measured the lights for great visual when viewed at the ceiling.

It took 2 visits to correctly install a timer for my outside lights. Difficult on first visit but didn’t work. Second visit went smoothly and lights on timer are working.

The young man was knowledgeable about the equipment and went right to the issue - my own ignorance cost me $250, which I feel is highly expensive for resolving the issue. There should be a fee level for issues that take less than an 15 minutes, IMHO. That said, I was given an education and more knowledge about Generac and Kohler.
