My experience with System Pavers was great from start to finish. Rob, the design partner, spent a lot of time with me during our initial meeting. He stayed in touch regularly after turning the project over to Octavio, the project manager. The crew were very professional, they worked hard every day that they were here. Octavio was terrific - excellent communication, got minor issues resolved, all around great to work with. We're very happy with our yard and I would recommend System Pavers to anyone looking to do an outdoor project.

The entire process was a great experience, from the salesperson to the project manager to the installation team. It made a huge difference in the entryway, which we've waited years to do. It was well worth the wait. I am satisfied.

The final project turned out really nice but getting to that point was difficult and frustrating.

I had some issues with how the communication was, and the fact that the electrician had to be hired separately. Things were not ran as I had anticipated. The designer and the project manager did not handle the design based on our feedback.

The work was done on time and on budget. The workers were very reliable as well as manger, who was always responsive, and had some good suggestions. I was very satisfied overall.

I called the 800m number to schedule this job and never got a reply, even though i called additional times. Finally, I called the local office directly and got an immediate response from Jesus Viniegra. This is the only reason I would not give a wholehearted recommendation.

I would recommend the company but not my installation crew.

The people were kind, and helpful, and worked within my budget. I will not heaitate to use them for my next project. Thanks John and Octavio!!
