My husband was impressed with the way Stephen and Morgan discussed the design. They both really listened and created a design beyond our expectations. Project manager’s expertise was also on display. His suggestions such as using black slate rocks around the design was priceless. The installation’s lead person and team craftsmanship and their attention to details was amazing. They were polite, professional and efficient. Overall, it was a very good experience.

My experience was fine, but System Pavers did have to come back and fix something, and they did so; that was good. They got the job done, and it didn't take too long.

Damage to gazebo and patio door frame. Repairs never made. Above ground pool also has a leak/puncture where crew installed the reta8ning wall. Value of the pavers was high, but not worth the overall cost due to the damage that I have to fix. For the cost of this project, I would have expected better.

More than pleased with the service and product.

When we encountered an issue caused by the contractor, the general managers were aggressive, uncooperative, and hostile. They requested that I contact several third parties for unbiased opinions on how to proceed with the project. When the contactor (System Pavers) was notified that their negligence caused unwarranted damages which required action, they ignored the advice from all third-party contractors and demanded that the homeowner was responsible for their actions. Long story short, no, I would not recommend System Pavers to anyone.

If anyone asks I would definitely recommend System Pavers for home improvement projects.
