Excellent work from beginning to end.

Solid experience just a few things that we were not a fan of. Construction of project was delayed a few days. Contractor came into our back yard when the project was finished and I had no idea they were coming that day. It was to get me to sign a paper but the never reached out. Bit more communication would have been nice. One of the holes on the putting green feels like it isn’t as much of a slope as I wanted it.

The System Pavers team was very friendly, responsive to questions, offered great customer service, and provided quality materials.

They have poor communication.

They promised a completion date due to a wedding anniversary party and it was not met. They got two-thirds of the work completed, ran out of brick, and had to dig it all up and start from scratch with new brick. The left over bricks and wood pallets were promised to be removed from the front of the house for visiting family members parking and that was not done as promised. They ended up letting me give the remainder of the brick and stuff to my neighbor, who had a project of his own, so that was a good thing, but, the whole thing was totally fouled up.

The initial design consultation was great. The communication and follow up after that was not. I was initially offered pricing with several discounts and when I clarified the scope of the project, the design consultant said only one of the promotions could be used, even though the initial estimate had two promotions. We were pretty clear with the design during the consultation, but the pieces that were ordered did not match what was shown and the contractor had to redesign the layout and order all new pavers.

We liked the sales experience when discussing our needs with Bill, who worked with us on the quote and amendments to it to get a final deal accepted. We also enjoyed working with the Project Manager Tony through out the construction and post construction phases. There still some items left to finish though.

They were very professional and very efficient.

From the design of our project, to completion all went well. All work efficiently to get us the project we wanted.

Cannot say enough about the team; from the scheduler of the initial appointment, design consultant who had a trainee; project manager to the installation crew. My husband was impressed with the way Stephen and Morgan discussed the design. They both really listened and created a design beyond our expectations. Project manager’s expertise was also on display. His suggestions such as using black slate rocks around the design was priceless. The installation’s lead person and team craftsmanship and their attention to details was amazing. They were polite, professional and efficient. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Prompt response and availability.

My experience was fine, but System Pavers did have to come back and fix something, and they did so; that was good. They got the job done, and it didn't take too long.

Everyone I worked with was very responsive to all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. George Judd, designer and Mark Trojownski, project manager were very knowledgeable. George Salado was very meticulous in his work of changing our sought out for artificial turf. The outcome has been outstanding. They back their work up with an excellent warranty. I know if I have a problem in the future they’ll be there to help.

Very professional. Crew kept there word and hard working. The workmanship is exceptional. They cleaned the area everyday. I will recommend this company to everyone. And I will be using there services again in the near future. Thank you for a great job well done.

Great design and project on schedule.

They provided amazing service. My design consultant was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I didn't have a hard sale approach, which was nice.

Probably. They can always get a quote from you if they liked what was done. Price would determine the new project.

Overall, it was great. The work was done on time and was not delayed. The workmanship was great, and it was really easy to connect with them for any repairs that might be needed in the future.
