Each person from Sunlight that I met seemed competent, likable and service oriented, and in the end I'm happy with the installation. The reason that I can't give 5 stars is that the coordination between the different parts of the company was not good, which caused confusion, delays and reworking quotes. Also there were multiple times that I received bills that were incomplete or out of date, requiring updated bills which left a confusing record of invoices received, invoices paid and total cost.

The owner took a lot of time to go over everything and consider the possibilities. I really appreciate that, especially as an older person who may not understand everything that's going on. He was really helpful from the beginning. I had to put it off, then the next year I was ready. He said he would get me the best price due to the grants. It took a little while, but they did a good job. I was so pleased with the way they got it done. They were so gentle with the roof. They were a great team with good energy.

Sunlight Solar was an outstanding company to work with. Highly professional. Highly communicative. Very well priced. They promised to complete our install by "mid to late December" and it was done by the end of October. This is a well run company and we highly recommend them.

Sunlight Solar is a.locally owned and operated company with the environment and customer in mind. They are not the pushy solar outfits that you may have experienced door to door. I am happy to have supported their business and feel they had my best interests in mind throughout the process.

Timing. Stick to time commitments and better to overestimate how long things take instead of being behind schedule.

Everyone at Sunlight Solar was friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. They did the installation under challenging conditions (very cold mornings and snow on some days). I was impressed with the whole crew, as well as all of the office staff.

I enjoyed working with this local company from start (home visit to discuss possibilities) to finish (installation of solar panels completion). They have been in my local area for over 30 years and are very reliable, pleasant to work with, and very non-pressure.

Excellent customer care from beginning to end. Skilled crew for the installation, and excellent project management. Worked with the city for permits and with our HOA for their required approval.

The owner explained things well considering the learning curve.
The installers weren't in a hurry and worked in a professional manner.
My project was fairly complicated, the final electricians did a great plumbing job and explain things to me.
I really would recommend sunlight solar, and I will use them again if I have another house to solar up.

Professional in everything thing they do.

The staff are all very effecient and pleasant. We had to have a new roof and Sunlight Solar worked with us and the roofers to get the old solar panels removed and new ones installed after the new roof was completed.
