Yes it is a great starter home

The process was fairly easy, and everybody was very communicative.

The home is not worth the price and construction is haphazardly done and necessary installation like blinds and garage electronic control not done. Economical and miserly in construction materials used. Is not even bricks with such ridiculous price. Estimated price in the community is 267,00! I blame my realtor.

As a first time home buyer, they made the process easy and were very patient with walking me through the process. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

As a first time home buyer that works for a builder I can notice the difference in staff and representatives that actually care. I wouldn’t recommend Starlight Homes to anyone, I am happy with my home but not happy with the customer service I received after closing. It is a shame that I still have green and blue tape in my home from my blue tape walkthrough I did in October of 2025.

I loved how Andres took his time to explain the entire process, always available to answer questions and concerns.

There is no accountability for deed restrictions, no representation from HOA even though there is a large fee.

Marion helped us out a lot. She went above and beyond. It was a great experience. I would recommend them.

Poor quality

Everyone is very nice and informative. All questions were answered, I would definitely recommend to friends and family members.

The electrical wiring is what I am having an issue with. I have had a couple of issues, two to be exact. The wiring and some of the electrical was done incorrectly and that is what is causing this rating.

It was an easy process and didn't take long. It's good so far.

Starlight Homes has friendly staff.

They treat you very nice and are on the ball with taking care of things. They really get the show rolling.

My sales person Dylan Ferris was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was instrumental in me buying my house.

How easy the process was.

Construction of the house is terrible. So many holes/slits & cracking around several areas. Construction people didn't fix it like they said they were before I moved in. Next time I won’t sign the final walk through till it’s fixed, but I went off their word.

Starlight Homes made everything easy. A lot of my friends don't have homes, and I would recommend Starlight Homes because it is friendly for first-time home buyers.

Josh at Vasek Crossing and Dylan at Vasek Crossing are two of the best workers that I have encountered since my home buying experience.

The work was delayed. There are a few imperfections. We still like the house, though.

Very easy to work with and was satisfied after completing business.

I was sold a home that had a broken ac unit. I was assured during closing that the AC was fixed, but that was a lie. It took nearly a month to finally get it fixed while it ran non stop. This caused my electricity bill to skyrocket during the first month.

This builder was always rude and inconsiderate considering I am paying them almost 300K for a house.

Construction quality…gaps in back door leading to outside, primary bathroom door does not latch, laundry room door will not stay open, closes automatically
