We absolutely love the outcome of our project - a kitchen remodel that changed the whole layout of the back of our home! The quality of the work is fantastic! They matched the woodwork and style of the kitchen to the rest of the home which was important to us being in a home from 1900 with detailed woodwork throughout. There were some staff changes during our project which extended the timeline, but Greg was great about communicating and rectifying any issues and answering any questions we had. We are very happy with our new layout and kitchen!

We would highly recommend Ken Spears Construction for a home improvement project. We had our tub removed and a new tiled shower installed. All of the crews were courteous and didn't mind answering our questions as they worked. The project foreman kept us informed on what would be done the next day and who would be coming too our home. I was very pleased with the kitchen remodel. Although Ken Spears was certainly not inexpensive, I knew from past work that this huge project would be done in a timely fashion with good workmanship and attention to details. I will use Ken Spears in the future for further remodels.

I decided to employ Ken Spears Construction for the construction of a front entry overhang. Ken Spears Construction has been a name in the industry in our area with a reputation of performing quality work. Greg Spears took the time to put together a couple of computer generated renditions of an idea my wife had for the look of our new addition. Greg not only wanted the look to be functional in keeping the elements off our front stoop, he wanted to design a look that would compliment the curb appeal of the original construction.

Our project--conversion of a ramshackle garage into living space and construction of a new, 2-story structure with a garage Downstairs and a large studio on the 2nd floor--was unusual and challenging.
