I am fully satisfied with the way they installed the panels. Their customer support was very easy going.
It's a good company, but the only annoying thing was, when the system has outage and burnt or when there is power outage, it's hard to get with them. It's hard to get you on a schedule for them to come and fix it right away, and they give two to three weeks extension of the time. Mine happened during the peak season in June and July and there was a power outage during the hurricane season and my main box burnt out. My power was going in and out, and they won't come out to fix it until after three weeks so it was frustrating because I lost almost a month of power during summer. Getting your money reimbursed it's also a difficult process.
Quality of product, service, and warranty. They are a local dedicated solar company instead of a subcontractor.

The installation was very good. There were no problems with the equipment or with the solar panels. They are very responsive after installation if you have any problems, and in helping with the energy credit.
The quality of the product and the quality of the installation were fantastic but their sales practice and truthfulness was not.
EIGHT phone calls and two online requests for service and still I did not get a return call. Your customer service sucks.
The goal of purchasing the solar energy system is to save money.
But,after having the system about 3 years, it costs me about $100 with the monthly loan payment $185 per month.
Cost $1,000 more per year, without solar energy system.
The unit it good but the sales guy named Ryan did not follow through with my request for certain features.

We’ve had very few positive experiences with Solar Energy World - admittedly, most of these were through the now-closed Maryland branch. Within the first 2 years of operation, we already have an issue with hardware and it’s taking 4 months for you all to honor the warranty/ repair.
I am not saving any money I paid less on the payment plan then I do now.
I heard about minimal cost and everything was free,to the contrary my cost was 50,000. My bill is now a loan payment of 150 a month and a bill of 40 plus from FPL .after the first year I got a demand payment notice for 15,000

Solar Energy World did a great job with our system and we love it. Everyone was very friendly and respectful.
For the project at my residence, I had several problems with damage to my driveway, gutter cover system, and the employee noted issues and concerns with how the project was completed. I made over two dozen phone calls and sent roughly the same number of emails, only for the issues to be directed to another department. I was asked to get quotes for the driveway, which I did and after several correspondences, my driveway still isn’t resolved.
The gutter cover system which was installed on all of the gutters on the house, not being funny, was damaged during the 50-year shingles installed on the entire roof. Someone from the company came out eventually, looked over what the issue was, and spoke to me about it. The person then left to procure replacement parts. The gutter cover system was only replaced on the front of the house on the first level (my residence is two stories). I was informed that gutter covers were completely replaced; however, after checking the first level front of the house gutter covers were only replaced. I informed Solar Energy World and I have not been contacted to date.
The employee identifies issues and concerns that cover the entirety of the project ranging from the shingle installation, bracketing, cable runs (under panels and in the attic), and a solar panel or two. As I walked through with the Solar Energy World representative, these issues were mentioned to me. None of these issues was conveyed to me nor were they addressed.
Solar Energy World has not completed my project due to failing to resolve the concerns noted above. After sending multiple correspondence, telephonically and by email I have not been contacted back through either means. Furthermore, I was asked not to call anymore and to contact them strictly through email. The sales and install teams do a good job for clients/customers; however, when it comes to finalizing, repairing, quality control, and customer satisfaction, Solar Energy World severely misses the Mark based on my experience.
It would be wonderful if Solar Energy World would satisfy my project completely for my monetary investment in their company. So my residence is in the same condition (the areas damaged and issues noted from inspection) as it was before the installation of equipment and resolving all of the issues noted by their employee after the project was installed. The Solar Energy World employee took notes of the issues at my residence, as stated previously. I was not informed through any official means of the issues that were identified, other than the verbal dialogue at my residence.
They are professional and efficient.
Solar Energy World is a good solar company if you need any solar panels on your roof.

I found that there was not very much feedback on my system. There was no communication to me on when things would start and when my rebates would come. Things like that. It was difficult for me to get any information from them. It seemed like when the job was done, they were done with me. That was disappointing to me.
