Working with Smith Roofing & Exteriors was an excellent experience. We had terrible experiences several years ago with another contractor and we were not looking forward to this project. From the time Cody and Chris came to do the estimate until the entire project was completed by our project manager Ryan, the entire experience was excellent.

Very dependable , well communicated and the job was done quickly

Very professional job. Clean up was excellent. We did not find even one nail when roofers were finished.

John S. Was a great and so was Jabrielle. Great guys, very informative and professional.

I can certainly recommend Smith roofing, quality folks that do quality work! All staff that I worked with were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Customer service and communication was excellent from all! All contractors on my job site were a pleasure to work with, performed work in a business like manner when replacing roofing and installing gutters.

Most people would rather have a colonoscopy than have their roof replaced, not so when using Smith Roofing.

referred to another Knoxville resident for your services

Your sales and management team is great and very friendly, but our front landscaping was damaged and tons of nails were left in our driveway after the installation. For these reasons I can’t recommend you all to a friend.

I don’t know anyone who needs a roof.

Professional service from estimate to completion.

Extremely efficient, professional and knowledgeable team. Work occurred as scheduled and even finished ahead of schedule. No surprises! Everything discussed and planned happened. Follow-up has been great. I am very happy with this group.

I would definitely recommend Smith roofing company. They did a great job, showed up on time, and made the whole process easy. The crew was friendly, worked hard, and cleaned everything up after the job was done. I’m very happy with the results.

Very pleased with everything from customer service to new roof. Highly recommend this company. They did an amazing job. Always answered my questions promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend

This effort from the start was collaborative in nature. We very much appreciate that!

The entire process was great. Thomas did a wonderful job explaining all the products and choices I had for the shingles and the siding. He was very patient and answered all of my emails, texts and calls. He made it very easy to pick using Smith Roofing and it was great.

The project went smoothly!

Very professional, informative, and experienced. Brad Tindell was very attentive to details and considerate in keeping us in the loop. Highly recommend both him and the company

Because of the good job that was done. Had no issues when I needed to speak to anyone concerning our roof, was not put on hold for two days. Everyone was very helpful.

Very efficient. Came in the morning and left that evening completely done. Looks great

The sales associate that came to the house for the estimate was friendly and patient while working out the details for the project.

The contractor that came on site for the roof replacement was responsive to my questions and the communication was top notch sending me pictures and updates along the way.

Fantastic service all around!
