Natalia Lanigan, the person who worked at the front desk or in the leasing office, was very helpful, easy to work with, and very encouraging throughout the whole process. I also met Jordan Vinall and Matt, who were the builders. Matt was very helpful—anything we needed fixed before or even after we moved into the house, he was willing to take care of. He even gave us his number and said if any other issues arose, he would take care of them for us.

I am likely to recommend but will let the know to downsize due to smaller closets, rooms with exception of the master and garage

Smith Douglas Homes are very fast builders. They will do a thorough inspection, but because they’re fast, they can miss certain details in the home.

For the most part the quality is good.
after the purchase one finds items and notices thing that were not installed. I.E. no toilet paper holders, no towel racks in the bathrooms.
Now of the doors going outside are completely sealed. Each one has about a 1 inch gap in both bottom corners. Photos are available.
Several nail pops.
SoAlwaysme of the laminate flooring was hit to hard on the ends during installation forcing the end of the installed pieces to be slightly buckled.

Build was as we designed. It having a set of blueprints for our record is definitely something that needs to be addressed.

There is always a projection but they do a great job of keeping the portal updated when the next phase of construction is completed. They actually closed on the projected closing date. They were great all around and efficient.

Sell price should’ve been negotiatible. No wiggle room at all. It was obvious, selling and filling the units as quickly as possible was a top priority and not the customer.

The reason I would recommend Smith and Douglas is for a few reasons, but mainly because how easy it was to work with Eric and Grant. From the first day we meet Grant he walked us thru everything we needed to know about the process, answered any questions we had and once we sat down and built the house (which was most stressful part because we were so indecisive) we didn’t have to do anything really afterwards. Eric was one of the most enjoyable things about building this home because he is one of the most stand up, honest and want to make sure your as happy as you can be kind of guy that I’ve ever meet. He’s professionalism on the job that he displays is fantastic, the knowledge he has of building the house is fantastic as well. Another great thing about Eric is no matter what he wants the homeowner to be happy and he will do whatever he has to do to make sure that at the end of the day everyone in the neighborhood is happy with the home! That man needs a raise for sure!

Unprofessional staff and poor build quality. Yards are not graded properly and everything is done at bare minimum quality.

Brenda Robertson made our home purchasing or buying process so easy to follow or understand, and she was always available to quickly and professionally respond and/or answered our questions thought out the entire process.

The sales agent, Khalilah was very informational and very helpful throughout the process. The construction team was very thorough during the inspections. I am just really appreciative of that.

Excelente construcción

From the beginning, Amber was helpful by listening to our needs and budget. We drove in because of a special and once we learned more, every step was clear, any hiccup had a solution, and there was transparency at every stage.

Justin has been helpful since the walkthroughs and his guidance on warranties and other support have helped us adjust well into the home. We saw the house once it was fully built, so I can’t speak on the construction stage, but we are loving our house and appreciated the team for working with us to get us into a home that has already significantly improved our life.

The floor plan is spacious, the natural lighting is wonderful, and every part of the home is great for our family. We’re thankful we ran into this opportunity and for all the help and guidance we’ve received.
