The customer service was good, but when they were moving my belongings they were not careful at all. My furniture got broken and chipped. They scratched several pieces and put tools on top of furniture. They tore my mattress. They have no customer service or professionalism when at the home of the home owner.

We couldn't have been more please with ServPro of Sugar Land. We'd never had a reclamation company before so we were at a loss as to what they do. The employees explained the entire process to us, they were careful with our furniture/belongings and they showed up at a predetermined time. They get 5 stars and an A+ from us.

The personel were careless and nonresponsive to my requests. The Servpro personel knocked over and broke a lamp that I had for over 15 years and they have yet to replace it. The Servpro personel were careless with the way they handled furniture. They moved it to rooms where it didn't belong and left it there. The Servpro personel left behind a mess that I had to clean. They left trash in my living room and dinning room. The Servpro personel also left a trail of trash down the walkway and in the driveway. I have told all of my friends and relatives about the Servpro service and shown them pictures. They, in turn, have told their friends and relatives. We have all come to the agreement that we will not use or recommend Servpro in the furure.
