They always kept me in the loop as to what they were going to do. When I contacted them they were always ready to spend a moment with me to explain what was going on and what I could expect. And, my call was always returned in a timely manner if the appropriate person for me with speak with was unavailable. Finally, in my case they had to work on a tenant occupied dwelling.
