It’s expensive for a basic remodel. I feel it’s too soon to decide if it is worth it.

I believe my overall experience with Reunity-Seattle exceeded my expectations of working with contractor. The manager, scheduler, and installers were professional and demonstrated a desire to meet or exceed my expectations. There were a few mutually beneficial schedule changes but when I needed work done they came through and made it happen. I will definitely consider them for a future project.

I couldn't be happier with Renuity - Seattle! I hired them on behalf of my parents, who have lived in their home for 57 years. My 95-year-old father has an exceptionally high bar for quality—if something isn't done right, I hear about it every single Sunday! The Renuity team was a absolute blessing. They were patient, walked him through all the design options (from shower doors for my mom—who is somewhere in her early 40s!—to bathtub options so the grandkids could still splash around), and made the process seamless. Hearing my dad rave about the results is all the proof I need to recommend Renuity to anyone.

One of the reasons I would recommend renuity besides the beautiful experience we had is the warranty. They really backup their amazing product.

At the time of contract your representative did not write in detail and I asked him to write in detail and he said this our business secrete. I assumed everything but when they come to work they just put three walls, bottom and shower heads. No place to put shampoo and conditioner, no hand bar and no sliding doors. When I complained then they said it was not included in the contract and I have paid over $170000 I also showed the promised deal $13250 including everything things. I was ready to pay extra because the shower Head and glass Door.

The name Kohler, the quality associated with it...enough said.

The Quality of workmanship was mediocre. The Warranty was useless. Justin Lackey & Rita were no help what soever. I had two walkin showers installed. 1st. off they did not show up on the first day scheduled. 2nd. they sealed a window in one shower shut so it was useless. If I broke the seal it would void warrenty which I found to be worthless when I called to resolve the issue they ignored my call.

Being new to Olympia and Washington in general, we don't know anyone to forward a recommendation to. However, if we did Renuity would be highly recommended

The experience was great. At each step everyone acted in friendly and professional manner.

The removal of the walk-in tub and installation of new shower was on schedule and done with great care for our home. The installers were very personable and explained what they were doing throughout the project. Well done!

The entire experience overall was superb. From the salesman to the finishing contactor, we were exceedingly happy. We have another installation in another bathroom and are very excited. A-plus service start to finish. (Can you tell how happy I am?)

The job is not complete yet so I can't give a fair rating at the moment. The original design proposed by the salesperson was not possible. Someone was supposed to come out and verify the design, no one did. The installer came out and determined the design was not possible. My only option was a neo angle or custom doors, I did not want a neo angle because that was what we originally had. Therefore, custom doors was my only option. Renuity offered to pay for the upgrade which is wonderful. When the custom door person came out, he pointed out that the shower base was installed improperly with a slight angle toward the floor, meaning water from the shower will run on to the floor. Apparently, there is a fix to this, but it cannot be verified until the installation can be completed. This total project will not be complete for at least another 2 weeks, subsequently we will have been without this shower for a month,

I'll recommend it to them only if they can afford it

Work was done in a professional and timely manner with care taken in entering and work space.

Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and helpful, from the initial salesman contact to the follow up phone calls, making sure I was happy with the experience. My bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and functions perfectly. Installation took one day, which was so convenient.

Poor resolution of what the consumer feels is a major problem!

The installation team did well with the information they had. I resent the fact that the cracked tub deck was caulked to cover it up. Dusting on top of the tub deck showed the crack and the roughness of the repair job.

Very expensive, however the quality of the product and installation made it worth while.

This is our second walk in shower we have had installed and we couldn’t be happier!

In fact I have recommended you recently but it is pricey and most people I know don’t have 30k lying around for a bathroom update. But I’m not giving up.

I have initiated 4 conversations with your office and not one call or email in response since June 30th. We are at an age where many of our friends and family are looking to remodel bathrooms which are age in friendly. At this point with the service and issues we experienced it would be difficult for us to recommend Renuity.

The install team including Warren, Sam, and Noah worked very nicely together and did an outstanding job to meet our needs.

Job was done, all was Ok.

Crew arrived on time. Did a great job protecting our home. Did a great job with installation and was friendly and professional.

Service, quality, craftsmen

Excellent product, skilled workers, integrity throughout.

The installation of the dam on the bottom of the shower has made it impossible for my handicapped wife to get into the shower using the grab bars where they are. The dam has also made the shower 4”-5” shallower than I expected. If she drives over the dam to get further into the shower then the vertical grab bars is behind her shoulder.
Yes the installers put the grab bar where I told them but we weren’t able to have my wife test it.

Excellent demo and installation crew. Quality job.

Though it seems expensive, compared to the bath/shower remodel we did on another home several years earlier it is a bargain.
