Install technicians were great and did a great job. Up to that point I had people not show up and many times left messages to call me back and they all went on answered.

Your team who installed the shower was upset during the 2 day install, they kept saying this was not a level 1 one job but a level 3 job. They broke the water line and didn't clean that mess up, they cut my walls to remove the old plastic tub rather than cutting the plastic tub to get it out, they didn't fix the walls either and broke the door framing. Then i had a month and half run around from Jason who claimed to be the head of installation, claiming he was going to fix the walls and door framing the installation team ruined. He he scheduled 3 different times to come fix the mess his team left because he said my walls and freaking should not have been left that way and then was a no call no show each time. I would hear from him a few days later with an excuse about why he couldn't make it. He never took accountability for scheduling time to come fix the problems and then never showing up and not communicating. He also claimed he was going to issue a $500 refund which has not happened. Your team members are unprofessional and you charge to much for your product. I will never recommend Renuity to anyone for any work.

Jerry was very meticulous in making sure the job was done correctly.

James, Kyle, Jim and Warren explained clearly what needed by to be done, were careful to protect all carpets,etc the result a lovely remodel.

The new bathroom certainly looks beautiful. However, we do have some concerns regarding the anti-slip surface. We were assured that the shower pan would have anti-slip properties, but after installation, it did not meet our expectations in that regard. One suggestion would be to provide customers with samples and options of the actual shower pan surfaces during the selection process so they can better evaluate and choose the level of slip resistance that best fits their needs.

Installation was recent so can’t comment on how the shower will work and/or hold up over time

Renuity stands behind their project. Having said that, the first installation was sloppy and had to be replaced—which it was, and beautifully. Enrique Vega did a remarkable job and we’re now happy with it. I would recommend him without reservation, recommend Renuity with some reservations.l

Even though there were some unavoidable circumstances that made the 2-day installation turn into over a week, it was finished by a team from Kent, I believe, and I'm now using it! The first day the installation started was on Sept. 18, 2026 and was finished on Sept. 24, 2026!

Very good salesman (Mitch Ceotta.) The installers were very good--Friendly, listened well, good attitude and good workers.

The entire experience beginning with the sales call through the final installation and cleanup was well communicated, seamless and professional. The end result is an amazing, top quality shower to shower upgrade that in my mind, justifies the price.

The installation crew were fast, efficient and did an excellent clean up job. Two days in and out.
