Owner is very knowledgeable he pointed out what was wrong and he brought me right up into the attic to see the damage I had. The owner is very transparent when you text or call him I get a call right back in a reasonable time. The crew that come are very hardworking and they replaced my wood and roof in one day. The job Forman Andrey was at the job answering any questions I had and was the last one to leave making sure everything was picked up and he made sure to do an extra sweep of my yard to make sure that all the nails were picked up. This was a great experience, from the inspection and quote through the installation. Oleg came to our home and inspected the current roof, noting that there we things we could address in addition to the new roof. These were things we were already aware of when we bought the house, but Oleg was going to address them. The crew showed up early in the morning the day of installation. I walked around with Andrey at that point to identify where I thought there were spots he needed to focus on removal and installation. The removal and installation took half the time Andrey thought, since he had so many individuals working on his crew. Once done, the crew cleaned up and rolled their equipment around the lawn to pickup any nails that might have gotten away from the tarps. We reviewed the work with Andrey and he actually rolled the nail equipment around several more times. This was our first roof replacement and I am very happy we went with Saratoga Roofing.

We went with Saratoga Roofing based on the quick turnaround, quality of product and reviews were excellent. Charles answered all my questions and quickly responded when I thought of more the next day. The biggest selling point was the system they have for ensuring debris and especially nails were picked up . They have staff constantly roaming around the house picking up as other workers complete the roof. A day or two after the project some comes and inspects the work and does another sweep for debris. It's been several days since the project and I have found no nails and trust me I looked😊

Richard Thompson is a very knowledgeable person. He discovered the part of roof which caused the leakage and suggested couple solutions. He is a very nice friendly person, and had answered every question that we had. Richard is also very responsible, he stayed around throughout the day and monitored the work when it was being done.

He provided us pictures and a description of what he recommended for our roof replacement. This included work to correct ventilation issues caused by the venting of our bathroom fans.
