We went with Saratoga Roofing based on the quick turnaround, quality of product and reviews were excellent. Charles answered all my questions and quickly responded when I thought of more the next day. The biggest selling point was the system they have for ensuring debris and especially nails were picked up . They have staff constantly roaming around the house picking up as other workers complete the roof. A day or two after the project some comes and inspects the work and does another sweep for debris. It's been several days since the project and I have found no nails and trust me I looked😊

Richard Thompson is a very knowledgeable person. He discovered the part of roof which caused the leakage and suggested couple solutions. He is a very nice friendly person, and had answered every question that we had. Richard is also very responsible, he stayed around throughout the day and monitored the work when it was being done.

He provided us pictures and a description of what he recommended for our roof replacement. This included work to correct ventilation issues caused by the venting of our bathroom fans.
Their pricing was competitive and we are happy with the quality of workmanship. Scheduling was easy, with great communication from Oleg, the project manager, the foreman and the office staff. The crew worked efficiently, did a good job of cleanup and completed the job in one day.
