The customer service, attention to detail and work ethic in taking responsibility for the work done.

On time, efficient, the roof looks great, and everyone worked incredibly hard to get it done. Thank you

Jake did an outstanding job. Explained everything and answered all our questions.
Very satisfied with the hard working crew.

Overall great job!

Rich was so great to work with through the whole process. He answered all of our questions (many times over) and guided us through job completion checking in multiple times throughout the job.

Communication

Rich was very thorough when inspecting our roof, both from the ground, on the roof, and in the attic space! Andre was very involved in the work site operation, and the work crew was really great, organized, and very hard working! Overall we are very satisfied with our decision to go with Saratoga Roofing!

Started on schedule. Finished on schedule. Neat and clean yard when finished.

Excellent experience from our first meeting with Oleg to the end of the project. Everyone involved came when they said they would and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! Also, we need to recognize Laura. She was a pleasure to work with.

I have provided provide very comments to my neighbors regarding my satisfaction with all aspects of contracting with Saratoga Roofing.

Hard workers

process was made easy for me

Owner is very knowledgeable he pointed out what was wrong and he brought me right up into the attic to see the damage I had. The owner is very transparent when you text or call him I get a call right back in a reasonable time. The crew that come are very hardworking and they replaced my wood and roof in one day. The job Forman Andrey was at the job answering any questions I had and was the last one to leave making sure everything was picked up and he made sure to do an extra sweep of my yard to make sure that all the nails were picked up. I highly recommend Saratoga roofing.

Rich in sales was thorough and knowledgeable and took his time to explain all of our options. The crew was on time, fast, efficient and clean. Andray who was in charge the day of the replacement was also very knowledgeable and able to explain the entire process.

Rich, Jeremy, Laura, Junior and the team were professional, courteous and respectful of us, and our home.Yes we would recommend Saratoga Roofing to our friends.

Saratoga Roofing completed the project as scheduled. All employees were very knowledgeable, and the final cleanup was better than when they began the roof replacement. I would recommend Saratoga Roofing to anyone in need of a roof replacement.

This was a great experience, from the inspection and quote through the installation. Oleg came to our home and inspected the current roof, noting that there we things we could address in addition to the new roof. These were things we were already aware of when we bought the house, but Oleg was going to address them. The crew showed up early in the morning the day of installation. I walked around with Andrey at that point to identify where I thought there were spots he needed to focus on removal and installation. The removal and installation took half the time Andrey thought, since he had so many individuals working on his crew. Once done, the crew cleaned up and rolled their equipment around the lawn to pickup any nails that might have gotten away from the tarps. We reviewed the work with Andrey and he actually rolled the nail equipment around several more times. This was our first roof replacement and I am very happy we went with Saratoga Roofing.

Sartatoga Roofing Contractors was very timely and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I am happy with all the work done.

They did a great job!

Work was done professionally and quickly.

We went with Saratoga Roofing based on the quick turnaround, quality of product and reviews were excellent. Charles answered all my questions and quickly responded when I thought of more the next day. The biggest selling point was the system they have for ensuring debris and especially nails were picked up . They have staff constantly roaming around the house picking up as other workers complete the roof. A day or two after the project some comes and inspects the work and does another sweep for debris. It's been several days since the project and I have found no nails and trust me I looked😊

Fair quote and attention to detail

Professional all the way through the project!

We were very comfortable, confident and very pleased with the overall estimate straight through to the completion of the project. All of the concerns were addressed and the work was done in a professional, competant and concerning manner from start to finish.

Saratoga Roofing did exactly what they promised, within the time frame they promised. Excellent work. Doesn't get any better than that.
