To guys showed up at our home without unannounced with instructions to remove the tree that had fallen on our house. They did not bring a working saw, safety gear or plan of attacking.

by the time your people got here my certified plumber had all the water gone and all your people did was put up the fans and heaters. which by the way the were supposed to remove it on a Friday and never got around to it till Monday but did not call me . Also I requested that the payment for clearing the water go to my plumber ($450) as he did their work. As of 8/12 we have not seen a dime of the money after they agreed to do it.

In a difficult time, I was extremely appreciative that S&A Construction was prompt, courteous, kind, thorough and professional.

Missed timelines, poor craftsmanship, use of MDF instead of real wood, installation of fake air vent that had to be corrected at my own expense, that contractor refused to make right, poor communication from construction foreman, contractor has a serious lack of resources in helping the homeowner, sub contractors are terrible.
