My water was running into my backyard, and I was unaware of it at first. When I became aware, I had a $250 bill, and I had to pay about $200 more on the bill itself. I paid all that money, but I was unaware that the water was continuously running and not stopping.

I called you for service once back in November. When we checked their work, there was no problem and that was it. They did everything they said they'd do.

The walls were wet because of the piping. The laundry closet and guestroom closet got wet. Rytech of Tri-County-Miami-Dade came to do the mitigation and put the blowers to dry the walls. The first guy who came said that we had black mold, but he left it there. He came a few days later and sprayed a chemical on a corner of the floor. A few days later, I realized there was mold on many walls. I do not know if it is dangerous black mold. I saw the black mold because there was a cut in the wall from when they came in. Then they sent someone else to take pictures. I am very upset with what happened. If I had taken the word of the first guy, I wouldn't have seen the mold. I was in there trying to clean. He said it was only on a corner of the floor, but it was all over the wall. He was very incompetent. Now they are sending someone else to amend that. My son is in that room breathing all these dangerous things. We had a stuffy nose and cough because there are all these things in the air. We are very concerned. It did feel humid and we couldn't breathe.

They were professional and answered all of my questions.
