The whole team was friendly and did their jobs very professionally. Very well pleased with their work.

I was given an estimate of $10,000, and two days for the work to be completed. When all was set and done, they changed the bill to $22,000, and said that they needed seven days to complete the work. I checked every night when I got off of work, and I know on one of the days they did no work, and another of the days all they did was sweep the condo and wipe down my sinks. My insurance company only agreed to pay the $22,000 so that they would not be sued. The unfortunate part is I will not be able to finish repairing the fire damage because of this ridiculous amount of money that Ryte is asking my insurance company for.

The three man crew did not take their time during the tearing out of the walls. Created more work for me because I had to go behind them and recut a lot of wall space in order to put new wall up. Also they didn’t take time to try and salvage door and window trim. Ripped it off and threw it away. Created much more work and cost for me. One of the crew members cut my security sensor wire on laundry room window. I could have undo the wire and removed the sensor if they had asked. No one told me about it and I found the issue on my own. Reported it to Herbert and he had a crew member repair it. I was very upset to find this
