Hadd to be called back to my home. My floors and wall were still wet

The crew was here almost immediately after placing the request and they were courteous, professional and knowledgable. The water damage was quickly and thoroughly remediated.

My furniture was damaged it hard to get large items repaired. 2) Paper work had a few lags in submitting to Gaurantee step .
Process needs to be improved.

The whole team was friendly and did their jobs very professionally. Very well pleased with their work.

I was given an estimate of $10,000, and two days for the work to be completed. When all was set and done, they changed the bill to $22,000, and said that they needed seven days to complete the work. I checked every night when I got off of work, and I know on one of the days they did no work, and another of the days all they did was sweep the condo and wipe down my sinks. My insurance company only agreed to pay the $22,000 so that they would not be sued. The unfortunate part is I will not be able to finish repairing the fire damage because of this ridiculous amount of money that Ryte is asking my insurance company for.

Everyone was very friendly at Rytech, and took their time to find out what was causing the leak and to find a solution to the problem.

Rytech was very professional, great to work with, on it, and timely .

They came out quickly and explained everything simply and got the job done efficiently.

They were knowledgeable, and came in and did what they were supposed to do. I would definitely recommend them.

In an emergency, they state they are in New Orleans, but in fact they are in Georgia.

I did not think they were well-prepared when they showed up.

We do a lot of business with Rytech. We're happy with them.

They were very professional and thorough!

The process took longer than I anticipated.

They were very quick to come out and dry up the water.

The interaction was very disjointed, and the timeline got stretched extremely long ( 4 months), so I got my service done by a different contractor.

The workers were on time, pleasant, explained everything to me, came in and got the job done!

Supervisor was nice and did good work along with the lady that came with him. The other three employees showed up at different times and left earlier. The three man crew did not take their time during the tearing out of the walls. Created more work for me because I had to go behind them and recut a lot of wall space in order to put new wall up. Also they didn’t take time to try and salvage door and window trim. Ripped it off and threw it away. Created much more work and cost for me. One of the crew members cut my security sensor wire on laundry room window. I could have undo the wire and removed the sensor if they had asked. No one told me about it and I found the issue on my own. Reported it to Herbert and he had a crew member repair it. I was very upset to find this

Excellent service and professionalism

I cannot say enough about the men who worked in the house. If they represent the company than I recommend this company to anyone with water damage.

Without a doubt the most positive experience I have ever had with any company in the home construction, renovation or repair business. I recommend Rytech and Herbert Merino in particular with no hesitation at all.

Fast, friendly, and no what they doing

The workers were very thorough and professional.
