ALL of the insulation in my attic was removed! Not just what was wet but ALL the insulation in the attic. We are selling the home and were NOT informed the insulation or any insulation would be removed. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. We were notified of the missing insulation after the home inspection.

Communication could be better, when the tech is coming or going to be late

The Rytech restoration team was on site and started the job shortly after the claim was submitted and did a good job. The reason they didn't get a 10 is because they didn't remove the damaged furniture they said they would.

Jonathan and Nelson were very helpful, and explained the procedure as they were in process of doing their jobs. They were professional!!

Staff was friendly, very courteous, took time to explain the process and worked with a couple of challenges that we needed addressed. They were extremely careful wrapping and moving our property to their storage facility. They would be my first call if this ever happens again.

My assigned technician was really difficult to get in touch with, and he ghosted me. We eventually had to fire him and get another water reclamation company in.

Rytech is very professional and truly experts at mold remediation. We've used them at two different homes and both times they protected us and our living space while remediating our mold problem. Plus they gave me great advice about maneuvering through the insurance process. Much more reasonable pricing than the other companies that submitted bids, very fast work...they're the best!

Some of the damage they left behind was not acceptable. There were several flood damaged areas that I pointed out which I feel should have been addressed. Scott was very hands on and made himself available when we needed him. He is top notch.

RyeTech did an amazing job for us when we were in a panic. I have already recommended them to my family.

They didn't remove all the water. They didn't check all of the areas. Their cuts weren't straight and the work was sloppy. We had to hire a different company to finish the mitigation.

The response time and communication throughout the process was awful!! They did not communicate. When asked for a schedule, they were happy to give one... but it was NEVER accurate. They literally never showed up when they were supposed to. They often showed up hours later with no 'heads up' and with no crew. It was a one man show or a few people who did NOT work and stood around, although Josh told us there would be a whole crew and it would get knocked out in one day. It took over a week..way longer than it should have and they broke many things that could have been saved.

Well if no one else is available, and you desperately need the job done, and the insurance company says this is your choice then you might as well use them.

Service representative Denis Putina was extremely professional. He was prompt in reaching out to me. He was very friendly and explained each step. When there was a little damage on the floor caused by the restoration in the end, he proactively brought in another company to repair it. One of the most professional persons I have ever met!

This is the absolute best company if you want a stress-free clean-up. Guys were incredibly professional, thorough, trustworthy and dependable.

Y'all took my cabinets without my consent. I could have salvaged them and rebuilt them. Now I’m having to pay for new cabinets out of pocket.

I would not likely recommend you unless someone specifically asked for a recommendation for your type of work. I have no reason to not recommend you but feel it is very unlikely a situation would come up to do that.
