Tracey was my first encounter with Rytech. As soon as she was notified by USAA about the water damage, she arranged and delivered a dehumidifier. On meeting her in person, she was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous with care and concern in making sure I was delivered the best service in addressing all issues with the water damage. A tech was sent to check for asbestos. When the readings read positive, Rytech worked on my schedule in handling the removal of wall

Fast and thorough, Connor arrived within 2 hours after being notified by USAA. He set up multiple fans and came back on Sunday to remove wet carpets and padding. He then came by daily to check the drying and called for removal of the debris. Very dedicated and conscientious!

Started out really good, As process progressed, things went downhill. Generally had between 2 to 3 workers. Then only 1 worker. 1 worker was not enough, thta worker was not as informed and needed help.

You tore up my kitchen took my baseboards left you fans here after it was dry and extra charged us 0ver 5000$ to dry our floors in our kitchen knowing we had a 10000$ cap for repairs left us with 3000$ to repair our floors and damaged cabinets that your team damaged no response from your team when we left messages

The service that Dan Powell gave my husband and I was excellent! He was very professional and courteous as he saved our basement from water damage. He showed he really cared about our home and getting it back to normal.

They are nice. I had a hard time with the follow-through. There were delays caused by communication. There were no clear expectations.

I felt like the service and removal work was good, but way overpriced for the value. I would not use a vendor through my insurance company again if it is going to be twice what a local vendor would charge.

The restoration team and the new restoration did not get back in touch with me for three weeks, delaying my work for months, and I am not happy with their timeliness at all.

They answered all of my questions and I really enjoyed working with them.

They did a really good job for what they did. I thought they would be able to take the proejct from beginning to end and act as a General Contractor, but that wasn't the case. They were going to demolish the entire bathroom and leave it up to someone else to put it back. For what they did, it was a 10.

The mitigation was fine. I wish they would have either provided a tarp or guidance about the items they removed. we ended up with a ton of items, some salvagable, some not, all just stacked on our driveway with severe rains coming.

In my opinion Rytech is a sham. Your people are unprofessional and are liars. You take forever to come out and then come out to say nothing can be done. We had to pull teeth, just to get your people to do their jobs. Then when the job was done you damage my ceiling with your carelessness.

AKim and staff did a great job acting quickly and effectively controlling the situation. They were attentive in resolving problems with safety concerns a premium.
