I would not likely recommend you unless someone specifically asked for a recommendation for your type of work. I have no reason to not recommend you but feel it is very unlikely a situation would come up to do that.

When the mold was removed no plastic was used to stop dust from spreading all over my house. Dust was everywhere! My husband became sick, my dogs were throwing up! The restoration guy broke my pipe to my washer machine and tried to blame it on someone else! It took them three weeks to take responsibility and fix it! Absolutely not will I ever recommend or use Rytech again!

recently had a pipe rupture in our slab that pumped gallons of water into our guest room. Cody came in did the assessment , and within hours had a clean up crew set up multiple fans dehumidifiers and hepa air filters. By 9:00pm they'd done that and removed all the water damaged debris. In 48 hours everything was dried and all the gear was removed.

Rytech Restoration was reckless in handling my furniture and belongings.

Where do I start? Rytech was assigned to us after a sewage issue in our basement led to our toilet overflowing and our whole bathroom being ripped apart to clean and remove mold. While they were in our home one of their team members (who appeared to just be playing on their phone the whole time) kept standing in our door way and leaving the door open while on their phone despite being told repeatedly we have cats we do not allow outside and to keep them closed. My husband had to babysit this individual while he was trying to work. After this, we repeatedly (along with our insurance company) tried to get ahold of Rytech for them to get their fans. This took a week until they finally arrived. Once we scheduled a consultation with the restoration company, they came to our home and refused to perform services due to the mitigation being done incorrectly, the bathroom left unsanitary, and there still being water in the bathroom. After Rytech was here, we found that a pipe had been leaking still
In our bathroom. Again, our insurance company tried to get in contact with Rytech to no avail. We finally decided to move forward with the restoration company completing the mitigation process. This has left us without our bathroom and basement area for 2 months due to Rytech’s poor customer service and services. I would never recommend and have actively been warning people not to use this awful company.
