They made a difficult situation more bearable.

1) Within 5mins of submitting my claim I had a call & text message scheduling their arrival 2) Extremely polite/mannerly technicians arrived; very conscious and careful with my furniture and belongings 3) Punctual and accommodating

Rytech is located too far away.

My water was running into my backyard, and I was unaware of it at first. When I became aware, I had a $250 bill, and I had to pay about $200 more on the bill itself. I paid all that money, but I was unaware that the water was continuously running and not stopping.

Rytech and the representative Ralph kept me informed throughout the cleanup process, were prompt in beginning as soon as I called them, and stayed with the process until completed.

I would highly recommend this company. They were exceptional through, caring & considerate. Explained every step. John, Chris & crew were extremely professional, kind right from the beginning to the end. Their clean up was spotless. A company you can depend on to do the job right.

We appreciated the speed at which the work begin and completed. We also appreciated the communication and updates provided consistently throughout the process. Every person we encountered was very nice and professional.

There was a difference of opinion between Rytech and construction company on who should have opened up our ceiling to check insulation wetness. I think Rytech should have done it as it took a few weeks for construction company to do repairs due theirs and our schedule.

We also had an issue with the plastic coming off and needing to be replaced during Ryech’s during process.

They were professional, courteous and prompt.

The whole project took too long. Workers that had been on the job for one week were sent to do the work without supervision. Portions of the kitchen and den flooring was cut out and left uncovered. House and us were left exposed to crawl space elements. It was a trip and fall waiting to happen. My husband had just returned home after a 2 month hospitalization from major surgery. He was bedridden and needed constant care. The situation with the house was extremely stressful to him and to me. Subfloor was not replaced for over a month. We eventually had to move to a rental. At some point the supply line to our refrigerator was cut and left lying in the dirt in the crawl space so that when we eventually moved back in - 5 months later- we had no ice or water. No one would take responsibility to fix it. I had to hire a plumber to come fix it.

It was a good experience.
