I guess they did okay on the water damage mitigation project. There was very little communication about what they were doing and why.

The techs cut a very large and uneven hole that was hard to patch and did not look good when it was done. The tarps blew off the roof twice and I had to call them and tell them my house was not protected. I called and called to ask a question about the rest of the bill that I wanted to pay after insurance and I left several messages and no one called me back or ever answered the phone. I got another bill in March and this happened in Oct of last year. Super unprofessional and I let my insurance know too.

The response to our call for help with our plumbing leak was very quick. The company representative was friendly, professional, empathetic and effective in dealing with our issue. We were very pleased with the help we got and the results after all was completed. Thank you Rytech and Neil Jones!

They need to pick up their equipment on time and not leave it for additional days to charge my insurance. It was supposed to be there for two days and the equipment was there for a week.

Communication for scheduling the storage pod deliverance was packing was unclear. Otherwise I was pleased with the work.

The set was great BUT could care less u handling our property. Our insurance didn’t want to cover damage on certain items….

The finished product was actually described by another restoration company as being the highest quality. We had a second restoration company come in, and the reason why is that Reytech couldn't do the rebuild. They did the mitigation, and another rebuild company came in, and they remarked how well the mitigation had been done. That's not me praising them, but that's a competitor praising them for how they found the work they left behind.
