On multiple occasions, failure to adequately remove water damaged drywall and tile resulted in mold. After mold recognized, remediation was done without containment at all resulting in contamination of entire home.

I had a good experience overall. It was a long process, but throughout the entire time they did their best to accommodate me. There were several things that came up and caused delays, but they worked hard on everything within their control to keep things moving and make sure everything got done.
