We were more than reasonable and there was zero communication from the office staff. Their foreman was ridiculous with communication. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. The owner never reached out to us to make things right or acknowledge anything which is frustrating to me.

File complaint wth the Registar of Contractors in your area. Even if they are not Lsc they should be and can face a fine.
