Although the work was okay, I was blindsided finding out after the job was completed that I had a separate out of pocket fee for the permit. I was NOT told this be your salesman. Just horrible!! Thank God I was able to pay it.

Your local subcontractor did good quality work that I am pleased with, and they did it in 2 days when the estimate was 3-5. However at the reinspection by the City of Walnut Creek I had to explain why your subcontractor had removed the paperwork from the job site. According to the inspector, this meant that I was being informed of the conditions for approval for the first time which required 3 CO/smoke detectors. Plus there was my wasted time to stay home all day for inspection when a reinspection will be necessary. I hired my handyman to install the three devices but that work has not been completed yet. I hope that will occur Thursday of this week. I expect a reinspection fee of a minimum of $200. All this severe inconvenience could have been avoided if your subcontractor had left me the paperwork in the first place, which according to the City Inspector, is your duty as contractor.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because once we got through the beginning, which was kind of a mess, it was prompt, went really well, and I'm satisfied with the end result.

The time frame was excessively long. Two weeks turned into months. The tear-down went well but the finish details were not there. There was some grout that needed fixed. It was not the same color as the install grout and instead of removing the non-sealing grout it was double grouted - thick and ugly. Third time grout install was the charm. The guest shower bench was not stable on on install, someone had to come back and fix it. Master bath did not pass inspection, the tub needs sealed, the shower decorative ring surrounding the ceiling shower head is not attached. The drain cover in the floor moves out of place each time I shower. I worry I will slip on it. My husband will have to seal it soon if Rose Remodeling does not come back out. A painter was hired to paint the bathroom before the tub was installed. The painter had to record pictures of the drywall splatter on the windows, inside the shower, and on the sink before he would paint. The quality of the drywall installation was top notch. I felt there just wasn't enough schedule time for detail clean up. The counters have slight chips on the edge from rough handling, and I cannot get the pencil? marks off the countertop where the faucet holes were marked - this is very light but it should have been detailed out.

From beginning to end, this project was handled in a professional manner. I kept informed when they found that our electric switch was on the wrong side of the wall. The installer moved the switch and added a second switch for us at no charge. The final product was amazing and exceeded our expectations.

The project was completed but it was a challenge as soon as the sales team handed the project over. Nothing was right, there were so many problems and nothing was communicated to the clients. We had to initiate all communication. The project coordinators were terrible (lack of knowledge of the project and huge lack of communication skills). Communication was the biggest challenge and disappointment
