Installation - We had two bathrooms remodeled and there were two different subcontractors. I was thrilled with the second set for the master bathroom. The other was touch and go. I didn't feel that I was respected. I would rate the master bath 5 stars and the other bathroom 4 stars.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Love the final shower project. Could not believe the beauty and functionality of the shower once it was done. So very happy.

Final Quality: 6 Out of 5 stars. However we had some initial challenges with communication and meeting expectations early on. The installer didn't show the first day and there was no communication to that extent which started us all off on the wrong foot.

Rose Remodeling had some hiccups with the inspection and firewalling.

They do good work but very high priced just for a shower

Although the work was okay, I was blindsided finding out after the job was completed that I had a separate out of pocket fee for the permit. I was NOT told this be your salesman. Just horrible!! Thank God I was able to pay it.

Project Coordinator - Graham showed massive patience, calmness and friendliness with me through the whole project and I know at times that had to be hard. He did some follow up work after the job was completed with no hesitation and with an eagerness to please that I really appreciated.

Installation - Rubin was here every day and worked quietly and steadily until the job was done. the only interruptions were when I interrupted him with questions, etc. He is a very patient and respectful person that I would trust like my own. I Left him alone for trips to their grocery store and other small errands and had no problem with that at all. The group as a whole was amazing!
