Sales Knowledge - Josh was a really nice young man. What always tickles me is when someone says, “Do you have any questions?” And one does not know what to ask. I always say, “I probably will as soon as you leave!” We did!
Installation
Installation - We had two sets of installers. Two men were here on Day 1 and two more on Day 3 and Day 4. Though Arabic was their preferred language, we were able, I think, to converse to an appreciable degree. They were all very nice guys and they did nice work.
