Installation - Mohammad Mohammadi was was amazing! Excellent work ethic, knowledgeable and polite. I applaud Rose for working with such great contractors.

Your local subcontractor did good quality work that I am pleased with, and they did it in 2 days when the estimate was 3-5. However at the reinspection by the City of Walnut Creek I had to explain why your subcontractor had removed the paperwork from the job site. According to the inspector, this meant that I was being informed of the conditions for approval for the first time which required 3 CO/smoke detectors. Plus there was my wasted time to stay home all day for inspection when a reinspection will be necessary. I hired my handyman to install the three devices but that work has not been completed yet. I hope that will occur Thursday of this week. I expect a reinspection fee of a minimum of $200. All this severe inconvenience could have been avoided if your subcontractor had left me the paperwork in the first place, which according to the City Inspector, is your duty as contractor.

Sales Knowledge - Cheri Senior our sales rep did a fistic job in planning and designing our Tub replacement. The Tub is big enough for my husband and the wrap around our counter and flooring looks like an art piece. I really appreciated the effort Sheri put in to this project. It was tricky. After her drawing, I was so looking forward to see the project completed. And Rose remodeling did not disappoint. We are very happy with the job well done.

Installation - We had a lot of work to do. It was t a simple install. Vidal kept us informed about progress. He was upfront and honest about what needed to be done. He really worked hard to get the toilet installed on day 4. We had a functional toilet and shower through the weekend and as we waited for the pedestal sink to come in.
