There to high in price.

I don't know enough about roofs, but they were around for so long that I trusted them. The inspector that came was very helpful, and he showed me a video inside of the roof and also showed me what they would do, so I thought that was very good. The finance department was also very helpful, but I forgot his name.

They were very professional and were quick to respond to any question I had.

I give them 5 stars all the way. I give 10 stars; I am likely to recommend them to a friend.

You did everything your salesman said you wouldn't. David sat here bashing other roofers and your team did the exact same thing. You poorly installed the 1 piece of fascia you did. Replaced no soffit. And completely brushed us off when we called to tell you we were not satisfied.

Believe they are rated number one in roofing, so just called Roger's first without consulting with any other Roofing companies, I always say you get what you pay for, no reason to go elsewhere and John Rogers married the girl years ago down our block too, felt a connection there as well.

I was impressed at the workmanship and the number of people they sent out to get the job done. They finished in one day and worked efficiently, and they did not leave any mess, which surprised me.

There were some things that should've been automatic. They should walk around and look more.

I am not likely to recommend them at this time. They need to pay attention and do what they say they are going to do. I think they did a very poor job of doing what they said they were going to do for this work.

Julian, the sales representative and initial inspector was friendly, thorough and pointed out the failures of the original construction workers, leading to the necessity of a comprehensive tear off and re-installation.

I would highly recommend Rogers. From sales, to installation, to cleanup, they were professional and their conduct was exemplary.

Erwin the Project Manager was excellent. He communicated with me on all aspects of the process. When I needed somethingw taken care of he accomplished. Kudos to the crew, they were knowledgeable and respectful. I will recommend Rogers.

Told I had to be home a 8 am appt turned into a 3:15 pm appointment. Wasted a day off as then I was told my presence wasn’t required. Salesman dirtied my attic cover then argued with me and now I’m stuck with it. T I’ll stop here think that is enough.

The agreed upon install date was not met, the contract was not followed, the gutters leak.

The were very responsive to my questions. They were very accommodating to the fact that I do not live on this property. I live in Chicago.

The only thing is they need to send the two guys to fix the gutter and i am not recommending those two guys to anybody, because they left the house like a pigsty.

Rogers Roofing provided a good local service. We were looking for a local service provider, rather than, just a national brand, and we appreciated the local touch that they gave us and local outreach. They gave us good communication in terms of when the workers were on their way here and how long they would be here. It helped us prepare because we have dogs, so we needed to know all of that information. It gave us the ability to plan for the day for both ourselves and our pets. They worked well, and they were quick when they got here. They were minimally intrusive into our daily routine, which we appreciated. In general, we were very satisfied with our service!

Great job but room for improvement.

They did great work and their professionalism was out of this world. They did an excellent job. They walked me through the steps and explained things to me. They returned calls and the team was very nice to help me understand and answer my questions.

Please, so many people from the community stopped by asking for cards with questions about their roofs. The quality of the job was it's own recommendation.

Showing me what needed to be done and explaining it all to me is why I would recommend them to a friend.

I think the sales guy was very courteous, informative, and represented themselves very well and was satisfactory.

I think Rogers did a good job, and their whole program and system are very well organized, but I feel like that might have paid more than I should have for that work.

They are very professional except for a few issues. They left the area clean. They are attempting to fix the issues I do have.

We had a winter reroofing done. They were able to do it before we had any other storm related leakage.

I would definitely recommend Rogers Roofing. Reps. julian and Josh came to our home and throughly inspected our roof, taking pictures of the roof and attic showing us exactly where there were problems. The crew arrived days later and showed up on time and immediately began working. Brian, the manager, was always informing us as to what was going on and answered all our questions. We did have some issues but they came back and immediately resolved the problem and Brian made sure we were happy with everything. They also did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

They fulfilled and exceeded expectations despite the cold weather ( mid 20 degrees)

Nobody ever explained to me how referrals would work. Like if I would've referred a friend would I receive any type of discount. I know nothing about that or if the company even offers that.

They were awesome in every aspect, and my wife and I couldn't happier.

Rogers Roofing is very knowledgeable and respectful. They are all around great people. I had talked to a few other roofing companies, but Rogers Roofing was above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations. On a scale of zero to ten, I would rate them twenty!

Just didn’t have the best experience overall.

They were very thorough. When the sales men came, they had these nice red shiny vans marked with Rogers Roofing. When the crew came, they had red shirts on, but had no advertisement anywhere other than a tiny name tag. The back of their shirts said, "We are roofers", but it did not say Rogers Roofing. It almost felt like they contracted out someone else to do the job.

I don’t believe I’ve ever been through something like this. From the first inspection to the last day when they didn’t finish was just pure aggravation.

We were willing to pay more based upon sales reps telling us a support beam needed to be replaced or supported. Turns out that was not true. It took me half a day to learn from the project manager that was not the case. The project manager did not show up until majority of the work was done. No worker other than the project manager spoke/understood English. I requested pictures as the work was done. I never received any.
I think we were OVERCHARGED. The only way to make it right would be to send me a check. I tried to contact management about the discrepancy; they never returned my call.

There are several opportunities for improvement with Rogers Roofing. I am not satisfied that the estimate I was given was fair based on actual repairs completed. The estimate was lengthy and thorough, yet inaccurate. The job was not completed in 1 day as quoted, given lack of necessary supplies, which inconvenienced me to make adjustments to my work schedule to accommodate another appointment, rescheduled due to weather, and finally the second visit when the repair was completed. Communication started off slow to get me scheduled, with no advanced notice on when the repairmen were arriving and when the job would complete. This made for an overall stressful and inconvenient process.
