Chris, who I met initially to discuss the door replacement was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with. When it came to the installation, the 2 installers were very proficient, very neat and they left the work area completely clean. The door replacement went smoothly. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the interior wall above the door was not spackled properly and was left for me to render the wall surface smooth and cosmetically acceptable enough to paint. I do not mind having to paint the wall, but I think that a much better job could have been done to make the wall acceptably smooth enough to paint. The quality of the door is wonderful and I have received many compliments on it.

The door project went great…but it would have been 5 stars if when going through the process for a roof quote there wasn’t CONSTANT contact after receiving it! I was very clear when asking for and receiving the quote that I wanted it and we were not going to be acting upon it, but you guys never listened to that and I was receiving daily phone calls from a woman. And until I talked to her she did not stop calling. And then since then I have been receiving endless texts and emails from you guys. Please realize that not right now means, not right now.

RJW stands behind their products, and they are exceptionally precise with regard to measuring correctly and insuring perfection!

While our latest experience with RJW was good, there were a few hiccups along the way. The sliding patio door must not have been checked in properly when it arrived at RJW from the factory because it was not the door we ordered and this was not picked up before our old door was taken out and this door fully installed. That issue was corrected and we like the door we chose and the final install all the trim but the locking mechanism still does not operate smoothly and two hands are needed to fully shut and lock the door. On the plus side, the new kitchen window is so much better than the one it replaces and it is a joy to look out into the back yard.

Most important was the window construction. No more drafts and the windows keep the temperature warmer\cooler.

The project was left incomplete and I was gaslit when I brought it to the contractor and company’s attention. I had to hire someone else to complete the project.
