From the very beginning, our salesperson, Al Marino, was professional, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the best windows for our home.

The installation team was courteous, respectful, and did an excellent job. Our new windows have completely transformed our home, especially the enlarged dining room window, which has brought in so much beautiful natural light.

One of the first things we noticed after the installation was that our home feels cooler and more comfortable than before. The windows have made a noticeable difference, and we are very pleased with their quality and energy efficiency.

We also want to recognize the project manager, Rich, for his outstanding customer service. Whenever we had a question or a minor concern after installation, he responded to our messages promptly. Even more impressive, he personally came back to our home to make sure everything was taken care of and the issues were resolved. More like 3.5 stars. Workmanship and quality of install is great. I'm not positive the increase in cost is relative to the increase in quality.

The cleanup and situational awareness around person objects needs work. I would have been more than happy to move things out of the way if asked. Some small items, nothing major were damaged and tossed into bushes to hide.
