Matthew Blaylock was great in the sales and home delivery. He was very responsive and responsible in this entire process from contract to delivery.

We found several mistakes as the home was being built and after. Several times we had to remind the builder to fix before closing. For the price, we expected greater quality.

We bought a built home, but was easy to have a few paint and flooring changes made, which was critical to the purchase. Really love the house and the quiet neighborhood.
Not everything went completely smooth, but the kinks were worked out quickly at high satisfaction.

The process of buying our home was made simple. Sam answered all of our questions and was very responsive. Everything went smoothly and stress free.

Riverwood was unable to work with us regarding closing date. At the beginning of the process we made it clear a 4th quarter close would be extremely problematic for us. While we were told you would work with us as much as possible, this issues seems to have gotten zero actual consideration. Warranty followup been non existent. We are happy with the quality of the home.

Provide luxury for a home titled as luxury. Improve selection of fixtures, maintain a consistent HOA, improve landscaping, ensure home ready when the buyer purchases the home. Make the sale about the customer, not about closing on time.

Riverwood homes is one of the best builders with an amazing warranty team! I love everything about my home and the design studio really offers so many options to make each home our own.

We had been looking at building a Riverwood home for about 2 years before finally deciding it was time. Throughout that time period, every person that we had communicated with was kind and knowledgeable, never felt pushed to build sooner than we were ready to, which made us feel confident in our decision to move forward with building our new home with them. They truly made us feel like we mattered and it wasn’t just a sale to them. We had previously built a home with a different company about 5 years ago and the level of service we received from Riverwood far exceeded our last experience. The design studio is top notch and having so many options to choose from really made us feel like we were building a custom home, but it was never overwhelming. The price of upgrades and the home itself is priced fairly and you get excellent/better quality for less than other builders in the area. I cannot recommend Riverwood enough!
