1. Doug Charles presentation was outstanding. 2. Communication was always top notch and timely. 3. Response to my requests for insurance coverage was pretty good. 4. Appointments were always kept and on time. 5. The work was excellent. 6. The clean up was outstanding. 7. The on-site expeditor Drake Larson was communicative and answered my questions as things progressed.

Clear communication, everything went better then expected. Even with more damage found on the roof then expected they still finished on schedule.

I deeply appreciated the phone calls and texts to keep me apprised of developments and a few small repairs towards the end. That made all the difference! Highly recommend, and the roof seems to be doing very well.

It would be very hard. Too many return trips to fix incorrect installation of multiple items. Found out that they used staples on the lower row of shingles on the west side of our home and I'd like to know why nails weren't used and was the rest of the bottom rows of shingles around the remainder of my roof done the same way? Will I have major issues down the road. This should have been done correctly originally and not in a hurry up lets get the job done, way. I'd still like the rest of the shingles on the house checked to make sure they aren't stapled and that they are nailed.

The roof installation was completed adequately, and initial communication was good. However, OSB panels were cut along the ridge for the ridge vent, leaving a large visible gap from inside the garage. Since installation, the larger ridge opening and vent have resulted in a noticeable increase in outside noise and colder garage temperatures. Prior to the work, I raised concerns about interstate noise and specifically asked about materials that could help reduce outside noise and vibration.

The gutter work did not resolve the original leaking and drainage issues. Although the roof was replaced, I paid separately for gutter repairs. The crew was onsite for approximately 20 minutes, and the gutters continue to leak. Ice dams formed across the front of the garage, with continued leakage down the side of the house.

I reported a leak and ice dam on my new roof, your staff arrived and told me they would have the evetrough people come out and add to a downspout that fed the ice dam, and then later this spring work on the ice/water underlayment but I haven't heard anything and nothing has been done at all in 3 weeks.

Finished project looks great. Such an improvement to our property!

3.5 stars. At the end, an inside corner had not been sent. They wanted to just patch in with what was on hand, which was not even close to matching the existing siding/corner piece

Hardworking crew. Communications could be better, especially with the guys doing all the labor. One bi-lingual worker on site would have prevented some mistakes that were made.

We had our roof, gutters and downspouts replaced. The representative was easy to work with and the costs came in lower than the other quote that we received. We had the work done while we were out of town. When we got home everything looked great and the area around the house was cleaned up. We'd definitely use them again.

Happy with roof repair that was completed but never received qoute for replacing 5 basement windows. Representative kept leading me on that he was working on a quote but never actually provided one. It was just very weird that he couldn't provide a quote for a simple window replacement project.

My review is a little late, we got our windows/doors done back in July 2025 - but I can truly say after getting them done and being into the winter season, my home holds heat way better than it did before. We were accepted with the WHEDA program for our windows and doors, and decided to work with Ridge Top Exteriors to get the job done. Overall we had a very positive experience. From start to finish, Quinn kept in contact with us as everything was getting approved, the status of our windows/doors, and what we were looking at for a start time to get everything done. The crew that did the installation was amazing. They were timely, so friendly, and kept everything clean when removing the windows. And fast, it ended up being a 3 day process to remove and replace all the windows and doors, with 1 day being cut short due to rain, but the crew team made sure to get everything closed up before the rain came so we didn't have any issues. Kevin was the onsite field manager, and he kept us up to date with everything going on daily and was great to speak with. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional which made the project go smoothly and I would highly recommend them to others looking for reliable window and door replacement.

I would only recommend for the product. I trusted Joe Huston with helping me understand the insurance paperwork and was lied to. He told me my insurance would pay for all repairs but only half was paid by insurance. I was forced to pay the rest out of pocket. So I would not recommend Ridge Top Exteriors to anyone that has insurance involved.

The sales rep added the manufactures warranty onto my bill when I repeatedly told him I did not want it. Then refused to remove it. Secondly, roofer put shingles on the valley wrong. When it rained, water bypassed the gutter system. Made lame adjustment to gutter put did not admit the shingles were laid wrong. I’ll never use this company again.

I received 3 different estimates for my roofing project. Ridge Top Exteriors stood out in that they were not pushy. They came in at the best price and gave me alternatives to help me stay within my budget. Very professional. No game playing with scare tactics as I am a single older woman. I am very pleased with the sales aspect as well as the finished product. I have and will continue to recommend Ridge Top Exteriors. And as far as cleaning up I only found 2 nails in my yard! Pretty good if you ask me!!! 😉

Roof leaked around the chimney at first rainfall , service mgr came out and found that it was leaking around the old flashing, he caulked it and it hasn't leaked so far. I would think with a new roof that new flashing would be installed.

When I went up in the attic I saw that the boards for the ridge vents were not cut in. On one section of the roof and only cut on one side of the roof joint on the other section.

The service mgr agreed that the ridge vents were installed improperly. Service mgr said he would get with Connor Ball, have not heard back.

Once our job was scheduled the workers were timely, polite and worked hard to get our project done.

Workmanship is very good, we have had no adverse problems since our roof was completed.
